In 2020 I lost 29 lbs. In 2021 I gained it all back. 2022 I have struggled. I want to feel good and look good. I had always said I wanted to lose weight on my own. No fad diets or shakes. I came across a supplement, researched it and now am obsessed with it. I encourage you to look into 1st Phorm! It’s life changing!! I have energy like you would not believe and don’t even get me started on how I am sleeping!!!! Yesterday I decided to test the pre workout I got and it resulted in me push mowing the yard. 😬 I don’t buy online I go through The Supplement Superstores on South Campbell. Adam is so helpful and not pushy at all! In fact I went in yesterday asked about 2 products and instead of saying oh definitely get both he said let’s start here and see how this does before we add another.

Breakfast
I actually put this in 6oz of coffee. Not to bad and it helps get me some caffeine since I am trying to cutting back on soda and caffeine headaches are no joke!

This is why measuring your food is MUST! The 1st picture is 1 apple which according to the package is a serving size of 148 grams. The 2nd picture is 148 grams and is actually 2 apples.

This is why eating out on my journey is hard! 28 grams of cheese is 1 serving for 110 calories. I bought 4 salads for lunch and dinner. 4 seems like a lot but I only get lettuce and cheese and 2 salads are actually close to 1 serving of lettuce. Any who....... there is 178 grams of cheese here. That is 6.35 servings of cheese at 110 calories per serving. Glad I took the time to weigh and measure the cheese out today or I could have been in BIG trouble! Even though a restaurant has calories on the menu they don't weigh stuff out. So you could actually be overeating on calories and not even know it!

Weigh in Friday..... We are still moving so there has been alot of takeout still. Starting today meals will be tracked and home cooked. Starting Monday I will have my workout area up and going. Hopefully life can get to some kind of normal around here!!

Transformation Tuesday! Before I started my journey I would drink 2 or 3 44 oz sodas a day. I never would drink water and hated coffee. I knew it was going to be hard to change. And honestly this change is what I feared most. I knew what the withdrawal headaches felt like, the craving of soda and dehydration from not drinking bc I only wanted soda. I also knew this had to change or I stood no chance of losing weight. I bought a Keurig and decided to try all kinds of coffee. YUCK!! Fast forward to March when TikTok was huge. I saw these people say by adding a protein shake to their coffee it helped with their weight loss. I had nothing to lose and everything to gain. I tried it and it was not amazing but doable. 7 months later I won't go a day without it. For me it was a better choice than soda. I now buy the mini cans of soda and a 6 pack will last me 2 weeks. As for my water intake I drink a minimum of 60 ounces a day but the last few days have actually been up over 100. My point of my Transformation Tuesday is to show anyone who also struggles with a soda addiction that it's possible to kick it. You just have to be ready!

Motivation Monday! Today I am sharing my very 1st picture on my journey with my most recent. When I took my picture on 1/1/20 I was so motivated to get healthy. I had hopes the weight would have came off quicker BUT I am learning each day from my journey. I have a goal of 167 by December 31st. I know what to do I just have to make it happen!!

This is the most water I have ever drank in a day!! So I guess day 1 of finishing my journey went well!! And yes I had day 1 of finishing my journey a few weeks ago. Turns out I was not quite ready! 🤣

My bowl I was getting out of the cabinet for my tuna slipped out of my hands and shattered our rolls for dinner. If that was not a sign telling me not to eat rolls tonight I don't know what would be!

I have been MIA for far to long on my journey!! I took a few weeks off to see if that would help whatever was going on with my lack of losing weight or inches. That was a terrible idea! My 1 week turned into close to 4. Thankfully it only resulted in a 3.6 lb gain. Weight Watchers unfortunately was not for me. I was unable to get my points right with the amount of exercise I do. Low carb lasted all of a day. If that is something you do or have done your will power is beyond impressive! I have decided to count calories on My Fitness Pal and trying to keep my macros in check. Here is to getting back on my journey and not giving up!! Also my dreaded weekly scale pictures are coming back!!

Face to Face Friday!! I have had a few hard weeks but starting tomorrow I am 100% back at it! I am so ready!!! I was so worried I would lose my path on my journey. Turns out giving my body some time to reful is exactly what I needed to know I don't want that life style anymore! I have felt terrible and the amount of bloating I have is crazy!! I am almost 1/2 way on my journey. There is no stopping me now!
