Old timber sash windows replaced with thermally efficient UPVC sliding sash windows adding warmth and better noise control.

This is in a conservation area so keeping the style and look was imperative but the upgrade for my lovely customer is 100% valued.

Refurbished existing garage conversion to create a stunning office/snug. Custom wall cupboards, floating shelf, custom floating slimline media unit below the tv to add storage. Custom made panel to add a decorative element for mounting the tv. Very unique and stylish wall panelling with LED’s and central section across the ceiling which divides the area.
Bespoke cupboard made in the corner which houses boiler but functional too being able to store drinks. New skirting and flooring also.

Unusable loft transformed to fully working storage area. Installed raised leg loft kit including larger opening for new loft hatch and ladder.
This raised loft kit retains the NHBC guarantee as it allows air flow around the space.

New lovely gates installed. Stone work trimmed to house the posts to keep the structural strength and allow maximum width on the opening. These are now ready to connected up for automatic open/close.

Lovely new solid oak doors, door frames, skirting and staircase replaced for a lovely customer giving a much more modern look to their newly bought home. And all in time for Christmas
