Value Addition and beneficiation should be our major priority. Looking west or east maybe beneficial but will always affect us if host countries experience periods of recession. Mining and Agriculture sectors have all it takes to take us far, let us be vigilant and business minded to deliver a greater future for our children. Zimbabwe has the potential to be great and better, let us have a common course in our differences.

While the US is fast sinking, it should also be noted that China could be slipping into an era of much slower economic growth, with some observers warning that deflationary pressures could cause years of stagnation, similar to what Japan experienced in the 1990s. One analyst expects growth to slow to 3%, saying it “will feel like an economic recession” with youth unemployment already above 20%, adding “this is not good for the rest of the world economy”
