One Day Escapes
Sometimes you just need a break and get away for a day!!
Here’s the recipe for the muffins I served on our trip yesterday. When my Mom makes this recipe she makes 2 small loaves and not muffins. The loaves are so moist, just thought the muffins would be easier to serve.
***Oops!! Left off some more MVP’s (Most Valuable Passengers) Sorry Glenda Beard and Nancy Wade!!
A couple more photos of our trip yesterday that I left off.
What a fun day with some amazing passengers. We started our day at the Loft for a Brunch buffet catered by Urban Bar and Kitchen. The food was wonderful. Next we did a little shopping in the downtown area before the matinee performance of “Ragtime the Musical”. The Bama Theater was packed and the show was outstanding. So much talent on the stage. Weather turned out perfect. We had a full bus filled with laughter and fun. Love my One Day Escapes travelers!! ❤️
