Recipe:-
1. Wash Sabudana and soak overnight with just little water that covers sabudana.
2. Next day sabudana will fluff up.
3. Add 2 tbsp of ghee in a pan, then add cumin seeds and boiled potatoes, green chillies.
4. Add red chili pwd and salt to it then add peanut powder and soaked sabudana.
5. Stir everything together then add sugar lime juice add some water and steam cook.
6. And after 5 mins it is ready to serve.

Recipe-
Chopped and washed fenugreek leaves. Chopped tomatoes and onions. Mix them all together and add salt, red chillies powder and lemon juice. Serve as a side.
A Traditional Maharashtrian homely Dal recipe or (kalsa varan) is what I need to satiate my craving for home food! And the Cherry on top is it is made by Mom! When she said she needs a iron pot to make this Dal, the only thing I looked at was this beautiful Cast Iron Pan from Cuisinel Cast Iron] . Thanks Cuisinel Cast Iron] for sending me this pan.

Sabudana thalipeeth are my favourite and these one are very special as they are made by my Mom. Recipe reel coming soon.
Recipe-
Sabudana soaked overnight / Sago -1 cup
Boiled potato- 1 cup
Peanut powder- 1 cup
Thalipeeth Flour - 1 cup
Red chili Pwd- 1 tablespoon
Cumin seeds- 1 tablespoon
Salt as per taste
Curd- 1 tablespoon
Process- Mix everything together and roll it on the rolling board with hands and cook it on the skillet from both the sides and serve hot with curd.

Simple yet delicious carrot salad or Koshimbir as we call it in Marathi.
Super easy to make and enhances any meal!
Recipe:-
Grated Carrots - 4
Toasted Peanuts grinded/Walnuts - 2 Tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 Tsp
Oil - 1 Tbsp
Salt - 1 Tbsp
Sugar - 1/2 Tbsp
Curry leaves - 6 to 7
Cilantro - 1/2 Cup
Hing - 1/2 Tbsp
Chillies - 1/2 chopped
Grate the carrots and then add crushed peanuts then put salt, sugar and oil tadka with jeera, hing, curry leaves, chillies and mix it all together.

Made this with very little ingredients :-
Thai red chillies🌶
Garlic 🧄
Lemon 🍋
Salt
Oil
Mustard seeds
Recipe:-
Grind Thai chillies with salt and garlic.
Add lemon juice and mix well.
Make oil tadka with mustard seed and pour on it(this is optional).

This Saturday I decided to make brunch.
Made this potato and semolina pancakes.
Hope you all like it. Recipe as follows 👇
Ingredients:-
2 potatoes - grated
Samo rice - 2 cups grinded
Chillies - 1
Red chill powde - 1/2tbsp
Peanut powder - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 1/2 tbsp
Salt - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Recipe-
1. Add samo rice in the grinder and grind it.
2. Soak grated potatoes in cold water.
3. Squeeze the water out to make them dry. There should not be any water.
4. Add 1 tsp red chilli powder, cumin seeds, salt, peanut powder, sugar to potato & Make this into dough. Add sago powder for nice binding.
5. Take some dough and flatten it with hands on a heated pan with some oil.
6. Cover it with a plate and Flip it over. The plate helps in flipping the pancake.
7. Cook nicely until crispy from both sides.
8. Serve it with yogurt.
Nacho chips platter is a perfect party appetizer or a side dish.
Made with very few ingredients like :
taco chips, beans , sour cream, onions, tomatoes, taco seasoning, lettuce, cheese.
