Low lighting I feel is so underrated
Adding depth back in to over highlighted hair could actually make the blonde in your hair look brighter. There is a fine line, but when you find the the right amount of contrast… you get a beautiful natural result 🤩 .e.a

-you can color your hair with minimal damage
- for my textured haired clients I always play it safe keeping the hairs condition in mind.
- this may mean a little extra time in the chair, but I also means healthier hair.
- using milder products and letting it sit longer allows me to get the lift I’m looking for without sacrificing the integrity of the hair.
- for curls…. Low and slow win every time✨
- this retouch I used 15vol and let sit for about 1hr (each section for even lift)
- from start to finish was roughly 3hrs

*Getting highlights doesn’t always have to be a lengthy process.
*I always like to give my clients the option of a face frame highlight.
*With face framing highlight I target the areas around the hairline and the top where the hair falls over the rest, like a veil.
*Keeping what people see nice and bright, while giving the rest of the hair a nice break from the lightener (bleach), and spending way less time in the chair. (and less money 💰) 😉
