This didn't used to be a challenge for me but morning isn't a friend of mine any longer 😴...at least most days.

Yikes, reality hit this morning when I tried to put on a pair of my capris and ......... well..... let's just say it didn't go well.
I'm good at telling folks to get out of their own way but now I need to heed my own advice!! If you are in the same boat and finding getting into a routine of some kind and getting back moving, this article was helpful. I don't have to start out doing 30 minutes of anything. I'm ashamed to say that I'm just not at that fitness level..... at the moment.
