Stress is your bodyβs natural reaction to dealing with pressure or threats. A small amount of stress can often be useful as it can motivate you to act and get things done. However, too much stress can impact our relationships, mood, bodies, and lives.
There is no better way to resolve our problems than talking about them and our ChatHealth nurses are on hand to chat to young people in Kirklees about their problems.
