I ship all my pieces overseas with damage insurance.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged piece, please notify the shipping company as soon as possible. After that, please contact me.
This order is very important.
The shipping company will prepare a damage report and send it to the Japanese shipping company.
I will submit the necessary documents to the Japanese shipping company.
The damage report will be kept in a common tracking number between Japan and the destination country.
Of course, damage is only guaranteed for accidents before it reaches the customer.
