Some ACM panels and Matt Black soffit panels really dressed up the front of this building

This is a project we completed about a year ago. I was in the area this week so I put the drone up and got some fresh shots!

Here’s a little ACM panel job we wrapped up today at Parkside Middle School. Turned out really nice I think!
Thank to for the panels!

New load of steel just showed up for a LARGE project we are starting in a few months! That what 40,000lbs of metal looks like before it makes it on the roof!

This is a roof we finally got to wrap up last week. We have been waiting on the siders to finish up their stuff. We got to go back to put the final touches on our roof… snow bar and gutters. It’s a gorgeous 12” snaplock in Deep Black.

Here’s a little copper roof we did a few weeks ago. The old roof was on the house for over a hundred years. 😍

Here are some before and after a of a project we just wrapped up for our friends at removed the old leaking ag panel, and shingles they installed it over. Then we installed a 1 1/2” snap lock. We made some custom fascias and trims, then installed the soffit panels in both flush and 1” revel for soffit and siding. Really dressed it up… and maintenance free for years now.

This is a project we started yesterday. It a good sized one. A little over 6000sq ft. We are stripping this one in sections because we are insulating the attic areas as we go. We always stress to customers thats installing a roof that will last the life of most people, that it is a good time to fix poor or inadequate insulation, ventilation issues, and improperly installed or never maintained gutters is another issue we run into a lot. We try and bring all these possibilities up during a sale so we can address them without having to disrupt the interior of the house. We also got to try the equipter portable dumpster. We are in love with it!!! Anyone that removes more then a few roofs a year is crazy not to have one. We rented this one to try it out. After one day of using it we made the call, and put an order in for one, it will be here in two weeks.

Look out ladies this guy is single and ready to mingle! His roof work looks as good as his legs. As long as you like heavy metal he’s your guy! This is what you do when it goes from -12 to 45 degrees in about 5 days

This is what almost 30,000 lbs of metal roofing looks like before it’s on a roof.

Had to head this 15’ valley piece! Thanks to it made easy work of it.

Ran through one coil already, loading up the next one. That will be about 6000lbs of metal on this roof. The time lapse doesn’t do any justice for how tight of a squeeze that is getting that coil in there.

This our next project we will be starting. Adding some 10” vertical soffit style panels to this old building next week.

I received this text from a customer we finished a project up for a little over a week ago. It always feels good when your hard work and those little extra steps we take in maintaining clean and respectable job site don’t go unnoticed. It also really helps to have a hard working and dedicated crew to pull it off every day! We work long hours in some real hot weather here recently, so I’m thankful they tough it out with me every day! Thank you to this customer as well for the compliment, it was greatly appreciated!

Here are some mock ups I’m working on for a custom fireplace surround. These are just out of some scrap, the final product will be a Ash Grey. I will post more pics as I progress. 👍 @ Parma, Michigan

This might not look like much to many of you, but figuring out how to do that on my new rollformer is a life saver! On a house with a ton of hips that will allow me to start in the middle of the hips and run both directions, keeping a consistent layout.

Got the roll former all set up, and started some standing seam on this new construction ICF home today. @ Clarklake, Michigan

This is a massive barn we tackled a while back. It was a joy to help out with preserving this piece of history. It was over 100 years old when we started, and with the new metal roof it should be in good shape for 100! @ Parma, Michigan

This a a roof we did today for M.R Builders. The crew really knocked this one out of the park. We started at 6:00am and pulled out at 1:30, and that was in the 90 degree heat! We are fortunate to have a tough hard working team! @ Clark Lake MI
