Might be time to brew some decaf. Also, this dough only has 3 tbsp of sugar for the whole batch. Icing will be sugar free. ☕️

It snowed so I made a pumpkin 🥧 pie! Lily didn’t have school today so I took a few vacation hours and decided to prep dinner early 🥰. It’s family steak night in our house.

Tried a new recipe. It’s a standard brioche bread…however I decided to take it to a whole other level with some vanilla, fresh squeezed orange juice and orange zest. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Might be the best I’ve ever made. The bread is light and airy..almost croissant like in texture. And the small hint of orange 🍊 makes for a sophisticated flavor profile.
It literally doesn’t even need butter. Would make one hell of a French toast. Or if I topped it with a lemon custard and fresh raspberries…🤯
Oh and I even have an extra loaf in a cute bread bag for the weekend.
Definitely going in the cookbook. 🥖🥐🍊🍊
