Zweifarbige Ravioli mit Ricotta/Parmesan/Tomaten/Fenchel Füllung.
250g Ricotta
50g getrocknete Tomaten
50g Parmesan
2-3g geröstete Fenchselsamen
Die gerösteten Samen werden im Vorfeld mit dem Mörser zerstoßen. Je nach Geschmack etwas mehr oder weniger von den Samen verwenden.
Tipp:
Grundsätzlich sollte man die Pastafüllung vor Verwendung immer abschmecken!

250g ricotta
50g dried tomatoes
50g parmesan
2-3g roasted fennel seeds
Crush the roasted seeds in advance with a mortar. Use a little more or less of the seeds depending on taste.
Tip:
Basically, you should always season the pasta filling before use!
