Exciting News!!👶🏼

As many of you already know, myself and Matt are expecting our beautiful baby boy at the end of April. We are absolutely over the moon and cannot wait to meet our little bundle of joy!
I plan on working as close as I can to his due date, I will not be taking anymore bookings from the middle of April. To all clients that are booking appointments around this time, if he wishes to make an early appearance, your appointment will therefore not go ahead!
I don’t have a confirmed date that I’ll be back, all depending on his arrival date and birth, but I’ll keep everyone updated.
Until further notice, I will not be taking on any new clients that need weekend appointments as I need to prioritise my existing clientele.
Spaces are getting booked up very quickly so I always advise booking in advance.
I will no longer be offering evening appointments and I’ll be reducing my hours slightly where possible!

Could all clients please double check their appointment times and ensure you arrive on time. If anyone is to arrive late, this could result in your appointment being cancelled as we cannot afford to run behind at this super busy time of year!

Any cancellations within 48hrs of your scheduled appointment will be charged a 25% fee of your total appointment amount. If any appointments are cancelled within 24hrs a 50% charge will be applied, this applies for no-shows too! We hate to enforce cancellation charges but of course this is our busiest time of year and this is our sole income!

Unfortunately, we are unable to reschedule any appointments now as we are completely booked up.

We are so grateful for you all keeping us as busy as we are! We look forward to seeing many of you over the next 2 weeks!
