It’s juice time! Whether it be orange, tangerine, lemon or all, I can’t get enough of my daily squeeze.
I’ve had to incorporate a lot of citrus juices this past year to help me absorb as much iron as possible. So if you’re like me! (Low in iron) and need help absorbing it, I recommend having orange juice with your meal to really help your body.

Food. Food. Food.
Food is one of the things that gives me great joy in this life. It is one of my great loves. When you take that first bite and your mouth sings - that's an experience I do not take for granted. Not everyone can make you sing.
I began this blog as an homage to my love for it. I wanted to share it with you. While my break was much longer than I intended (2 years to be exact), I continued my love for food and trying new things.
Even though it's all in the past and I don't really want to bring it up again, my absence began with our final lockdown. Thinking it wouldn't last too long, 3 months later we were finally let out, and my flame for this... mission, was but a glowing ember.
I've taken the time over these past two years to process, reflect and go after what I want. While I may not have been active here, my life outside definitely has been. With it has come routine and normality which has made me comfortable adding something else to it - this.
Being Cece again.
Being the camouflaged ciritc that wants to share the good food with everyone. And what a better way to get back into things that with the Footy Grand Final long weekend!
I hope it's full of fun, laughter and of course... good food.
