Recharge 🔋
I realized that setting no expectations brought me a step closer to gratitude, and a step further from bitterness.
I used to give with expectations and it often ended up with disappointment, hate, and resentment.
I’m genuinely happy most of the time now because giving without expecting anything in return means filling my own cup instead of waiting for others to fill it for me.
I’m not even expecting to wake up the next day and breathe.
If i do, it would be the most pleasurable thing in life, because nothing else is an experience if we don’t breathe.
We take advantage of living without realizing how much of a blessing it is to be present on this earth 🌍
Once we see it from that perspective, gratefulness will take over.

What i eat in a day.
Many of you have asked about my dietary lifestyle.
Nothing complicated, just sticking to the basics: celery juice, meat, seafood, vegetables, and fruits.
I simply consume food that will improve my health, performance, and quality of life.
Sunlight boosts our metabolism. It’s key to weight loss.
We’ve all learned about mitochondria, the engine of our cells back in school then we totally forgot how important it is.
Following the work of Douglas Wallace and Dr. Jack Kruse, overweight is a brain inflammation indicating a problem with the mitochondria not performing properly.
Sunlight optimizes the Functioning of these engines and speed up metabolism. The reason why i do my cardio sessions outdoors with no shirt on.
So if you can’t lose weight with diet and exercise, you need to get more sunlight.
How to overcome emotional eating?
Once we understand that the food we choose to eat can affect our daily life, behavior, and performance, that’s when we start to avoid eating for a short term pleasure.
At a young age, i was eating crap food because it made me feel good at the moment.
It wasn’t until i developed symptoms of indigestion, chronic fatigue, lack of focus, that i’ve started to become more aware of what to put on my plate by focusing on basic whole food while avoiding processed, man-made food.
Since then, my energy level, discipline, productivity, focus, and social presence have increased greatly.
We feel better when we eat unhealthy food, but this feeling will last for a short period of time.

Why i do ice bath?
By doing it regularly, i train my mind to feel without reacting.
To observe my thoughts rather than being controlled by them.
I asked for a dopamine experience and my friend had my back with his awesome toy
Labels and titles do not define who we are. What we enjoy doing everyday does.
My path in health was taken through reflecting on my past experiences, struggles, habits, and environment.
This helped me realize who i am, and how can i serve our society.
By continuously learning, experimenting, and discovering truthful answers to how we can improve our quality of life.

Fruits were a major factor in healing my chronic condition at a young age.
My diet was focused only on proteins & fats, neglecting the food we’re meant to eat, heal & maintain good health.
