Cireng
Cireng, which stands for Aci Goreng, that means fried tapioca flour.
Cireng is a popular Indonesian street food snack from West Java.
Made from tapioca flour as the main ingredient of it and has a chewy texture. Served with rujak sauce.

(Fried Cassava) is Indonesian traditional snack.
Kueh Seri Muka
Kueh/kuih seri muka (lit. pretty face cake) is a Banjarese (South Kalimantan) and Malay two layered dessert, made with pressed sticky rice layered with coconut egg custard flavored pandan.
We added Bunga Telang (butterfly pea flower) for flavor and color to sticky rice.
Telang flowers are an excellent source of flavonoids, antioxidants containing anti-inflammatory properties to protect the immune system, reduce inflammation, and cleanse the digestive tract.

Soto Padang
Soto Padang is a kind of clear, non coconut milked soto, which usually contains beef, onion, potatoes and white vermicelli noodles as its main ingredients. This soto is a culinary specialty originating from West Sumatra, Indonesia 🇮🇩
The meat used for the soto can be boiled and cut, or it can be fried until crunchy. Sliced celery, scallions and fried shallot are usually added as garnishes.

Laksa
Laksa is a spicy noodle dish popular in Southeast Asia. Laksa consists of various types of noodles, most commonly thick rice noodles, with toppings such as chicken, prawn or fish.
Our Laksa has rice noodles, chicken, tofu, fish cake, egg, bean sprouts and sweet lemon basil (kemangi).
Most variations of Laksa are prepared with a rich and spicy coconut soup or a broth seasoned.
Tempeh Rica-Rica
Rica-rica is an Indonesian hot and spicy, precisely from Manado, North Sulawesi. The word rica is derived from the language of Manado which means spicy or chili.
Commonly chicken rica-rica but we made with tempeh.
Our rica-rica has chili (red jalapeño, thai chili, red bell pepper), lemongrass, ginger, turmeric, garlic, shallot, kaffir lime leaves, pandan leaves, and most important ingredient sweet lemon basil leaves.

🥒 A bit more about me- I love cooking👩🍳, animal crossing new horizons ✨, and hiking 🧗♀️!
🥒 I have worked in the food service industry ever since I moved to Los Angeles from Jakarta, Indonesia 🇮🇩 in the early 2000s.
My experience includes decorating cakes at Baskin Robbins, serving tables at a Japanese restaurant, and waitressing at KJs Diner.
🥒 Since the early 2000s, I have done catering and unofficial food orders for close friends and family until I finally made it my full-time job in late 2020 when the COVID-19 pandemic hit.

Karedok is a raw vegetable salad in peanut sauce from Sundanese region, West Java, Indonesia. It is one of the Sundanese signature dish.
Our Karedok includes long beans, cucumber, bean sprouts, cabbage, small green eggplant, sweet lemon basil, fried shallot. Usually served with white rice, tofu, tempeh and krupuk (crackers).
