The 𝐓𝐚𝐱 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚 kicked off last Friday, March 11, 2022. Said tax campaign will be until March 28, 2022 (Monday) covering the rural barangays of our municipality.

In our efforts to sustain and maintain the municipality’s financial need as well as its development, we commit ourselves to consistently increase taxpayers’ awareness through tax campaigns. LGU Bacarra pledge to generate revenues thru efficient collection of taxes, fees and charges in accordance with existing laws and ordinances.

Launching of the Electronic Business Permit & Licensing System (eBPLS) and Tech4Ed Program of DICT in LGU Bacarra.
▪️eBPLS - a cloud-based software that will allow taxpayers to file an application for new and renewal of business permits online. Kapag fully implemented na po ang eBPLS, hindi na po kelangan mag appear physically sa Municipyo para sa application ng business permit. Gamitin lamang ang website/software para iupload ang inyong mga dokumento. Ang dating 1-2 days na processing ng Business Permit ay magiging ORAS nalang ang gugugulin para sa new and renewal of Business Permits. Easier and more convenient way of doing business.
▪️Tech4Ed Program - will make it possible for hundreds and thousands of people to start businesses, get education, gain employment and take their first steps towards improving their families well-being, through a single ICT portal in a single center.
In 6 segments:
1) eEduSkills: Enabling education seekers to gain a High School Diploma through informal education;
2) eAssist: Providing digital and employment opportunities to vulnerable groups and marginalized communities;
3) eAssess: Providing students with the industry partnerships that will provide them evaluations for job-readiness;
4) mAgri: Empowering farmers, cooperatives, agribusiness, and food processors by helping them obtain real time information price in the market;
5) mMarketplace: Enable new competitors in the market specifically from rural communities;
6) eGovServ: Providing citizens with the necessary government services and information.
