Leakesville Youth Football

We have around 40 schutt youth helmets we would like to donate to a league that is needing some. These helmets were donated to us last year and we were able to purchase new helmets for our league this year. Majority are maroon but there are some white. These helmets are older and will need to be sent off to be inspected and re-certified. However, most kids in peewee doesn't hit hard enough to need the certification renewed. We will not give these helmets away to someone that is just going to try and sell them. Must be for youth program needing equipment. Pickup in leakesville as soon as possible. We will be at our field Saturday all day. If they are not claimed over the next few days we will dump them.

Saturday is the drawing for our fundraiser! Get your tickets before then to have a chance at one of these three awesome prizes. We also had to upgrade the cooler to a YETI 60QT wheeled cooler due to the K2 being out of stock! We will be selling tickets at the gate until 1:30 Saturday and will draw during halftime of the 11/12 game! You do not have to be present to win!

Our first official game of the season is at our home field tomorrow! Be sure to come out and support the bearcats! What's better than a snowcone on a hot day?! Kona ice will be on site all day! And concession stand will be open and ran by the LJHS Volleyball to help raise funds for their program! They'll have plenty of hot food and cold drinks on the menu!

We will be doing the weigh-in at the gym. Every child that is playing must be there, or they will not be allowed on the field to play this season! Games following weigh-in!

Look what arrived earlier than expected 📣 uniforms for football and cheer are in! We've spent the last few hours sorting all the boxes and pairing each kids uniform together! Football- jersey, pants & socks. Cheer- top, bottom, bloomers, bow & socks. Also the add on duffel bags for the ones that chose them. Excited to get these to all the players at next weeks practice!

🏈🐾📣Bearcats are doing an incentive for all kids that sell 2 books of raffle tickets, they get a free hat or shirt! This is a sample mock of the shirt, gray dri-fit! We've had a few ask about bearcat shirts, so we're giving everyone the opportunity to order one of these! $22 adult sizes | $20 youth sizes. Order will be placed Sept 12th with any kids that have turned in 2 books by then! A 2nd order will go in after the raffle fundraiser ends Sept 30th!
