The recipient of this scholarship will receive:
🔹 a monetary award of $2,000 to be applied toward tuition, educational fees, or any other related expenses
🔹 one-on-one career mentorship sessions with a member of the NFA Career and Artistic Development Committee during the academic year

This year our Annual Festival will open with a performance from Texas Lutheran University's Flute Choir, under the direction of AFS board member Hilary Janysek! Texas Lutheran University is in Seguin, TX and is a community of faith and learning that empowers a diverse student body through an education centered on the liberal arts and professional programs. The school of music offers programs leading to a bachelor of music with concentration in either music education, performance, or the bachelor of arts degree in music. The TLU flute studio includes members majoring in music, biology, nursing, and more.
