Your role as a customer is to assist the sector achieve its main objective of providing electricity that is affordable, reliable and accessible to all. To this end, you are called upon to join and be part of this process. Let us therefore engage each other in providing constructive recommendations that, if implemented, would help to effectively solve the issues that are currently adversely affecting our power supply, and therefore put to rest all the frustrations that you have been experiencing. Together, we shall achieve greatness as a Nation.
