Fun fact Friday – Sage (Salvia)

Sage is high in antioxidants and believed to improve your memory, help with inflammation, mouth sores and pain of broken bones. 

The green spice is full of flavour and is easy to add to almost any savoury dish or cup of tea. 

My favourite is roasted potatoes with dried sage and garlic powder. Yummy!
