Making a magazine is challenging on so many levels and promoting it, is really demanding. Attending fairs takes energy and money but it’s always rewarding because it’s a booster to spread the message, to meet people and keep getting inspired by what other publishers do.
So yes I can say, I’m grateful to have those young and brilliant minds supporting me (especially when I’m not doing well). I always did everything by myself from picking up heavy boxes of magazines and delivering it to stockists to post on social media and everything in between…
So thank you ladies, you made life easier on this journey to Dublin (we need to talk about the weather though). For the first time, I trusted people to take care of my print baby and I’m not even stressed about it. I just let go and it feels great.
So today last day of the Tsundoku book fair at , we’ll be there around 2PM (bc some are going thrift store shopping and I’m trying to collect myself to get on my feet 😩)
So see you around
And then back to Paris
Cheers

Hello everyone, I’m Jennifer Jenn | Histoire & Culture] 🙋🏿♀️
I’m thrilled to join the team, and work on this amazing project that is OFFTO magazine as a community manager.
As an African descent of Beninese origin, since I was a teenager, I always had a strong attachment to the continent and the diversity of African cultures & history. After a master degree in Geography with a major in Culture, politics and heritage at Sorbonne university, I’ve been drawn into the content creation around topics like culture art and history, which lead me to create Jenn | Histoire & Culture] and to pursue a digital communication degree.
I’m excited to take part in this journey at OFFTO magazine to put the spotlight on the motherland and her many voices with , thank you for your trust.
