Que conforme a lo dispuesto por los artículos 221 al 225 del Código Nacional de Procedimientos Penales vengo a denunciar hechos que revisten las características de un delito, consistente en el Chantaje y Amenazas que han realizado y continúan haciéndolo y hago responsables de los mismos a los señores HUGO SANTOS, RENATHA VILLANUEVA, MERCEDES “N” y quienes además estén involucrados y se desprendan de la presente investigación de estarme chantajeando y amenazado, denuncia que hago en contra de ellos y expongo los siguientes;
HECHOS:
1.- Hace algunos meses sin recordar la fecha exacta, tuve diferencias con el señor Hugo Santos, quien era el presidente del condominio donde vivía. Precisamente por esas diferencias el denunciado me dijo que me tenía que salir del departamento que rentaba sino me pasarían cosas malas y además me amenazo con que si no me salía por la buena, el me inventaría delitos acusándome falsamente de cometer delitos de violación en perjuicio de menores. Tuve miedo de sufrir algún daño por parte de este señor y opte por salirme y dejar el departamento.
2.- Pasaron los meses y opte por irme a vivir a otro lugar aquí mismo en Bucerias, y por medio de terceras personas me dijeron que me cuidara ya que Hugo Santos es muy peligroso y podría ocasionarme un daño.
La semana pasada algunos amigos me avisaron que en grupos de facebook una persona que se llama RENATHA VILLANUEVA me acusaba desde su propio perfil señalando que había violado a su hermano menor y que haría que pagara por dicho delito, delito que no es cierto que lo haya cometido, de igual manera volvió a publicar que existían ordenes de aprehensión en mi contra por dicho delito y en otro comentario de ella dice que el suscrito violo al hijo de su hermana cambiando la versión de que ahora ya no es su hermano sino su sobrino.

Hola amigos muchas gracias por su apoyo a la búsqueda de este hombre ya dimos con el el se cambio a unos nuevos departamentos ubicados en bucerias nayarit por la colonia la unidad a un costado del kínder por favor amigos les pido cuiden muchos a sus hijo este hombre es muy listo aún no puedo meterme a la propiedad se está por emitir la orden de aprehensión en el nuevo domicilio gracias infinitas y a mi dios que sin el no sería nada esto se hará justicia
3.- Curiosamente en los días de las publicaciones donde se me acusa y difama de un delito que no he cometido, recibí una llamada, el pasado domingo por la tarde, desde un número telefónico 322-191-89-38 y era la voz de una mujer quien dijo llamarse Renatha Villanueva, la misma que ha estado publicando en facebook acusaciones en mi contra y ella en esa misma llamada me pidió la cantidad de 100,000.00 cien mil pesos a cambio según dijo “de dejarme de molestar, de quitarme los cargos presentados en la fiscalía y para borrar los comentarios en facebook” y se le salió decir o fue de manera deliberada “que si le daba el dinero ella hablaría con Hugo Santos para que me dejaran en paz pero que ya estaba informada Mercedes de esto”.
4.- Sin que Hugo Santos supiera que estoy enterado que está involucrado con esto, el le llamo a una hermana ese mismo domingo 9 de agosto de 2020, llamada que le realizo a USA y donde le dijo que era mejor que yo me fuera del país pronto porque tendría problemas legales muy graves.
Actualmente me encuentro oculto ante temor de sufrir una agresión por parte de los denunciados al ver que yo no he accedido a darles el dinero que me piden y obviamente ellos con las publicaciones en facebook donde me difaman han creado con la gente del lugar donde vivo, la falsa creencia de que soy un delincuente sexual y eso me ocasiona problemas y ofensas en mi perjuicio.
5.- No he cometido delito alguno pero si tengo el temor que estas personas logren su propósito al intimidarme y estarme difamando en redes sociales y al no acceder a su chantaje logren estos ocasionarme un daño más grave. Es por ello que ocurro ante esta autoridad para que se investiguen los presentes hechos y pido:
I.- Se dé el tramite correspondiente a la presente denuncia y en consecuencia me dé fecha para la ratificación de la presente, ratificación donde daré domicilios y más datos de los denunciados.
II.- Pidiendo se investigue por la policía investigadora de quien es el teléfono del cual me llamo Renatha Villanueva 322 191 89 38 y se revise su perfil de facebook para determinar si esta persona es real o falsa y es usada por alguno de los otros denunciados.
III.- En su momento se judicialice la presente carpeta y se giren por el Juez Penal de Oralidad las correspondientes ordenes de aprehensión contra los mismos denunciados.
