How to prevent va**nal tearing during birth ?

A va**nal tear (perineal laceration) is an injury to the tissue around your va**na and re**um that can happen during childbirth.
A very common reason why some women experience tearing during birth is :

➡️ Baby head maybe large
➡️ Your not doing any of these techniques explained
➡️ Not active

Here’s 3 top ways you can prevent tearing during birth :

✅ Birthing on your back isn’t ideal to prevent complications such as va**nal tearing. I highly recommend to change birth position to upright position or squatting position. These positions is overall great for a safe delivery.

✅ Perineal massage during pregnancy can help prevent tearing during birth. It involves gentle, manual stretching of the tissue that shape the birth canal.

✅ Using warm compress during 2nd stage of labor can prevent tearing. Doing kegels daily during pregnancy helps strengthen your pelvis walls which helps prevent va**nal tearing during birth.

Peace and blessings Glow up family in case your wonderful why Sailistic Wellness has been out of office and social media. It was unfortunate before Christmas I’ve got in contact with the COVID virus 🦠. Had a rough couple of days .
