It has been waaaaaaay too long, what a crazy 9 (ish) months it has been! A short break from the grid turned into a lot longer than planned, but I've been dying to get back on here posting all things poms.

Although I've not been active here I've still been making behind the scenes and completing orders that have been coming through which I am forever grateful for 🫶

Morning all, happy Monday again! The weeks seem to be flying which is great as it means it's getting closer to some sort of normality but then also, where's the time going!?

Sharing this grey, mustard and white hoop that I've redmade 3 times in the last 10 days! Grey and mustard must be the 'in' thing right now! This is the reason why I love 'made to order' listings so much. See something you like on my grid but the original has sold? Then most likely it is listed as a 'made to order' on my Etsy, meaning you can purchase the design and I can recreate it for you! As it's a remake it doesn't require custom designing and the time that is involved with that, so it's normally a little cheaper. Win win! 〰️ CUSTOM SETS 〰️

Starting the week with possibly one of my favourite customs ever (I know I say this a lot but you guys keep hitting me with the best colour combos and themes!) SO, spot the custom hoop with a mix of Dalmatian black and white poms amongst some blush, sage and mustard patterned and plain beauties. Even the tassels on this hoop I love with the plaited detail and hints of colour. Of course I will post some close up details of this hoop in the next day, so watch out for those!

But also look at the cutest set of five custom pom hooks to match the hoop. I love when you guys match hooks to your hoop/tassel! This set of five includes two Dalmatian, two plain mustard and a blush and mustard spotty hook. I don't think the lovely customer could have chose a better combo 😍 such a lovely way to finish a bedroom/living space, whatever room you like by hanging your artwork/wall hangings/photographs with a cute little pom hook!

How's your humpday been? I've had a pretty busy day and I'm ready to crawl into bed as soon as the little one is sleeping. Question is do I treat myself to a night off and regret it tomorrow or, push through and be productive!? Anyways...

This custom rainbow with the loveliest blues, mustard and blush tones is giving me all the calming relaxing feels! I love putting together orders with colours you've chosen. I'd never have naturally gone for these together but I absolutely love them! Think I may have to do a ready made inspired by it 💫

What a crazy journey it's been and I can't believe where this little business is after just one year.

I set up this account after 18 months of experimenting, developing and establishing my hoops and tassels with no plan on what this account would become and I just couldn't be any more thankful for you all for following my journey and for every like, comment, save and of course order. 〰️ BABY ANNOUNCEMENT HOOP 〰️

Morning all! I've been dying to share this hoop with you all. A personalised custom for a new baby boy, Sergio Adrian. Absolutely love the colour choices in this, I'm getting all the scandi vibes but then with the bonus blues too 💙

This hoop was made and sent fast tracked all the way to America to be delivered in time to be taken to hospital ready for the arrival of Sergio and his first photoshoot. MY HEART!

This was a super special custom and I was so happy to be chosen to make something so sentimental. Having both the first name across the top and middle name vertically along the tassels makes such a great name announcement too. Will share some close ups of the details over the next few days too 💫

These little pom hooks have been super popular with you all the last few weeks and I've loved matching them to your decor.

They are the perfect addition to any gallery wall instead of using a boring nail/pin and so easy to use with the added bonus of being damage free!

These three pom hooks were part of a custom monochrome set to hang prints for a couple's at home office, and here I've styled them as a little nursery feature. Such versatile little things!

It's officially the weekend of love! Kicking off with Galentines today and Valentines tomorrow! So what better time than to share this funky custom love hoop. Swish theme perfect for everyday decor 🖤

My little one is going for a sleepover at my mum's so me and the other half are gonna get dressed up, have a three course meal and pretend we are in a fancy restaurant. 〰️ STATEMENT TASSELS 〰️

Sharing this gorgeous custom monochrome chunky pom tassel on this hump day. Monochrome will always be my kinda vibes 🖤🖤🖤

Also after making so many of the friendship tassels, coming back to making my super sized ones made me fall in love with the size all over again! The book in the photo is A4 sized, so you can see the tassel is a whopping 30cm long and uses nearly a whole ball of yarn. SO, that's what I call a statement tassel!

〰️ BUSINESS THROWBACK 〰️

This popped up in my archive on my personal account and I couldn't not share it here. My little 2 week old girly (now a big two years old 💔) along with one of my first ever makes that I made over a year before starting this account.

These hoops have always meant more to me than just some poms and yarn, they were my go to from the moment I was overdue to then becoming a first time mum and my company through the highs and lows of maternity leave. It took a huge leap and a lot of pushing from family and friends to set up this account and I'm just so glad I took a good year to perfect my makes and make sure they were absolutely how I wanted them before releasing them into the world! I mean, look at the trimming of those poms 🤦🏼‍♀️ BUT it's all a learning curve and I like to think by the time I set up this little biz, my makes were perfected to last year's to come!

Also fun fact.. My waters broke in a heated debate with my other half about whether I had trimmed the tassels even on this hoop and I have never made one with the V shape since. THE STRESS! So if your overdue and fed up, just get lairy over some yarn, it works!

〰️ FRIENDSHIP TASSEL LOVE 〰️

A bunch of friendship tassels that went out this week. Grey and pink seems to be a popular combo right now and I see why!

I've loved making these tassels and hearing who they are for. So many lovely stories of siblings, pen pals, friends who haven't seen eachother in a year, mother's and daughters. Made my heart all fuzzy and warm 💖

Spent 3 hours last night scrolling through old pictures of my little one and found this raspberry ripple hoop, and then went into a spiral of dreaming of summer...

Anyone else end up in a hole of looking at old photos of your kids, dog, uni days, holidays, ice cream, anything, instead of doing something productive? Just me?

BUT I had a request to remake this tassel and it made me super happy as I forgot how much I love this yarn till I dug it out. It's so silly smooth but equally so much texture and the colour! That dusky pink 😍
