👶When I got pregnant I started to eat a lot of food, quite heavy foods, too. It was due listening to stereotyping that child needs more calories. Since it was my first child I didnt know much and wasnt educated in the right direction of being pregnant and eating right, just what is necessary not more.... So I definitely went over my required amount of calories.. I put on 20kg.. slowly and steadily I have managed to get my weight back with some years but not so great shapes after loosing fat and being left with a bit stretched skin...
💃I never was overweight but if I eat a lot and wrong food I have tendency to corpulence and of course the shape won’t be very pretty without right food and exercise.
🚴🏽♀️ Since child I was very active and participated in different sports. Which also helped me to stay in shape. Bike, swimming, aerobics, running all of this was in my life.
🧍♀️I was in good shape, I was slim but no muscles and round b***y.. my desired shape has changed now- to not have much unnecessary fat but having more muscles!💪👆
