My grandfather was a big fan of 3D paper art (aka papertole) and I grew up with his art pieces around the house.
And I’m back! Or at least that’s my goal. I miss this work and finally life is starting to settle down, so stay tuned for posts. Shoutout to the amazing sugar flowers by (you’ll see a lot of her amazing work in my pics)

Another wonderful shot of beautiful sugar flowers. Which, after a month, still look beautiful.
🔮
Queen of cups, featuring the beautiful, intricate work of icing flowers. Absolutely stunning!
🔮
I’m not gonna lie. I found my lyre recently liked the whimsy of this pairing so I took this pic.
🔮
One of my favourite cards. Just love the wistfulness and adventure it represents. Sure there seems to be a cliff beneath his feet. But what’s life without a bit of risk? 😬😁
🔮
Hustle on forward into 2021! .
🔮
As we head into 2021 (which will surely be better than 2020... right?), this seems a fitting card! Hoping that the lesson of 2020 guide us in the new year.
🔮
It was about a year ago today that I really started sharing this art and it started to get a bit of attention/sharing from those in this amazing community (through a pic very similar to this one). Shoutout and thanks to .with.me and .of.starlight!! I haven’t been posting in awhile due to a new job, but I’ll get better in the new year! Here’s to a new adventure! .

And now, time for something completely different: https://youtu.be/mlZ5oGibiDc?t=123

An order I recently did. It’s always exciting to do another card a second time. There’s always different ways to interpret the art.
A closeup of the mini card that I did. Behind you'll find a print of a Shakespearean play.
A close up of my miniature version of the Ace of Pentacles
I wonder if anyone feels close alignment to sad cards like these? Is there a sad or negative card that you connect with?
This was a truly fun card to to do! Being able to layer the feathers was probably the most enjoyable part. Though as I was doing the people, it really stuck out just how grey the corpses were. I wonder what was the artistic choice behind that. Thoughts?
A closeup on the mini version of this card. Cutting out the tiny bits in this tiny card was pretty tough, to be honest.
Sometimes we can be a prisoner of our mind and real world limitations. The 8 of Swords touches on this tricky balance we all deal with.
I worked with someone at a shoot once who had this card as a tattoo. It was a stunning, interesting piece which inspired me to do one of my first 3D tarot cards - the 2 of swords.
🔮
Gabriel sounding his trumpet above the corpses within the coffins. They put out their hands to accept divine judgement.
Another mini card! This one glazed. Just as you plant seeds, put in hard work, time and patience to get veggies, so too much you invest that effort to reap rewards in life.
As the card suggests, this card tends to indicate wealth/fortune coming your way. Which really, who can complain about that?
Another shot! As I've worked on this card I've come to lear a lot about the meetings. Though different websites have different interpretations. Sometimes they're deep with Christian tradition (4 angels on each side) or more astrological (4 astrological beasts)
Sadness, loss, grief, despair, abandonment, guilt, remorse, regret, trauma, bereavement, mourning, heartbreak, unwelcome change, emotional instability, focusing on loss, focusing on negative emotions, isolation, loneliness, emotional baggage, divorce, separation, anger, disappointment (Tarot Guide)
Not a cheery card to say the least.
3D Hanged man. A bit of an easier card to do, minus those leaves. Leaves and plants are one of the hardest parts of these pieces.
Enough is enough. This week I’ll be reducing posts to make way for more important conversations and voices.
Mini World! Cutting out those little creatures was not the most fun, but the final effect is fun
Going mini has been a fun experience. It's a little tough to cut but goes by a bit quicker.
Finishing off this faaaabulous card. Love the way the hair blows in the wind!
New items in the shop!!! Don’t see something you want? Send me a message! I’d be happy to put together something for ya.
This card ended up being my first sale, so it holds a special place in my heart. And it’s a pretty fitting card as well!

Mini tarot cards coming soon! I’m still figuring out how to properly put them together. Frame them? Make them into keychains?

This is the place for 3D tarot cards! I use silicone glue and tarot to create vibrant images. This technique is called ‘papertole’ or ‘3D decoupage’ and uses multiple layers of the same image to create a 3D effect.
