Great advice for people with shoulder issues

I have a lot of people ask me about weight loss and exercise programs. You have to find a form of exercise that you enjoy. It could be to walk or run, ride a bike or play a sport.
I enjoy working out in the gym, doing group training classes and indoor rock climbing. I don't write exercise programs but what I do do is help people with their mindset. People often use the excuse I don't have time, so I thought I would share with you what I do when I don't have time to get to the gym.
