Well its been a while! We have been busy, between Jordan working full time away from home, and the kids starting school and activities we really havent gotten many projects done. But today we finally got out benches finished up to match our table! So excited for family suppers around this piece that is built to last!

Our new table is finished and I'm in love :) We are also building two benches for it that will hopefully be done next week! Our space for a table is not very big in our kitchen so this 4ft table fits perfect!

Any plans for next sunday? We will be out at Lil Riley Farms for their first Christmas on the Farm event along with our good friends TJZ Creations and other great local vendors. Hay rides, a bonfire and some meet and greets with the animals! Dont forget your non-perishable item for the food bank amd we hope to see you there!

This amazing railing was half built by us, we dont have a CNC machine sadly but our clients had an In from her work and got this beautiful panel cut. We built the railing/ frame and had it powdercoated and then drove it out to BC to be installed. We are loving how it turned out!

Im sorry I have been slacking over here. We finally got our occupancy permit and moved into the new house and are getting settled. Last weekend the demo of the old trailer set up started and in a week or two it will be out of the yard!
The old owner popped by today and is so excited to see the new life we are building here while keeping a lot of the original buildings.
I think it is important to remember what they built over 40 years on the property but to also make it our own.

Another custom order Jordan completed and got hung up last week. All of the letters and numbers are hand drawn and hand cut. We dont get to many requests for Signs so we were very excited to get this one out the door!

GUYS, First off, Hi again, sorry we have been so MIA, our master welder ( aka dad, aka Jordan) has been busting ass with a new full time job, and a lot of custom orders. This order was our first bulk order of tongs with 10 sets going out together and one spare locally! We are so extremely thankful for everyone's support and encouragement.

We are trying hard to get out a couple more custom orders including a stair railing that is headed to BC and some steel fence post supports.
All while still trying to get our house finished up so we can move in.

More to come!

We have a basement floor and walls for our utilities room! Also Jaxs left us a piece of art in the top layer of the concrete that will forever be in the floor.

We left this morning at about 930 to go pick up some trees, and by 1 when we got home this is how far they had gotten on the basement walls. Who knew Lego is an actual skill you would need further in life. These ICF blocks just stack all together and provide the form and insulation for the whole basement.

Sorry my content hasnt been about things we are building but currently Jord is on a big job with his welding truck so we havent had much time for Jaxell Projects. But this next couple weeks we will get it all going again. Thanks for hangin out with us!

Jax was doing his best foreman impression the other day while the guys built the foundation footings and poured the concrete. We are delayed a day or so due to not enough ICF blocks but we should be back up and running tomorrow or Monday, just over a month from now we will have a house on this hole!

Well its really looking different around here.... got the septic tank in, and we have a bit if a hole in the yard. Its amazing how fast digging goes in 2 days we are now ready to start the basement. Things are moving quick!

This was one of our first projects together. I of course told Jordan I wanted a yard sign (even when we were just renting), I wanted it to feel like home. I spent about 3 hours measuring and drawing out the letters and trees, and then let Jordan do the hard part and cut it out with a hand torch. Its not perfect like a plasma cut sign would be but it is authentically us.

Things have gotten a little hectic around here the past couple weeks! We have a major project coming up and started on cutting down trees, pulling posts and fence and moving the play structure. Next up is digging. Sorry if we are a little MIA, we have another 15 sets of black tongs coming up this week if your in need let us know!

This was about 4 days ago, when all the nice weather started, Jord took the harrows out through all the icy patches in the yard now the yard has almost completely melted off. We have a lot of changes to make before summer in the yard and I can't wait to bring you along for the ride. Stay tuned AND dont forget to enter our giveaway!

Something very exciting happened here this week, We got our business cards in! Nothing makes it feel more official then our first sale and business cards!

The shelf was built for a charity auction and we love how they staged it! The fire place mantel supports/ shelf (need that barrier for combustibles!) Was put into a beautiful home in Camrose. Jordan is a red seal Journeyman Welder and can build anything you have in mind.
