We are so thankful for our repeat customers! We are sold out and have a waiting list at this point. As high as cattle are right now we are going to wait to send one to the processor because it takes time to grain feed a steer correctly. We want to provide you with the best quality product we can at a fair price and the economics just aren't working out right now, without us having to go up on our prices.

We love helping to feed your family with our homegrown beef and we know that times are tough financially for everyone. With that in mind, our freezers are empty but our hearts are full!

Rafter S Freezer Beef | Rafter S Mercantile Each cut is vacuum sealed and clearly labeled. The label includes the specific cut, weight, date of processing, and the USDA stamp. This style of packaging makes thawing the beef easy and quick!

The demand has been great for our freezer beef and we are thankful for our loyal and new customers.

The Ranch Hand Sampler, consists of 2 steaks, 1 roast, 5 pounds of ground beef and 1 other item (could be short ribs, stew meat, fajita meat, kabob meat, etc.). You receive approximately 10-11 pounds of all-natural USDA inspected beef for $100.

We also have some miscellaneous cuts of meat ready to go to your backyard grill!

We're headed to the processor to pick up our freezer beef this week. We should have the freezer stocked by Saturday.
We offer halves, quarters sample packages and individual items for sale. We took a younger steer this time and should have some nice T-bones and ribeyes to offer since we cannot cut bone-in steaks from an animal that is is 30 months or older.

The Ranch Hand Sampler, consists of 2 steaks, 1 roast, 5 pounds of ground beef and 1 other item (could be short ribs, stew meat, fajita meat, kabob meat, etc.). You receive approximately 10-11 pounds of all-natural USDA inspected beef for $100.

The Trail Boss Sampler nets 30 pounds of beef and takes up approximately 2 cubic feet. The Trail Boss consists of 5 steaks (2 ribeye, 1 NY Strip, 1 Tenderloin, 1 Top Sirloin), 2-3 roasts (1 chuck roast, 1-2 other roasts), 14 pounds of ground beef and 4 other items (random combination of short ribs, stew meat, fajita meat, kabob meat, etc.). You receive approximately 30 pounds of USDA inspected beef for $275.
