Today I tried something new and made my own choux pastry and made gluten free eclairs. My family is already asking for more so I guess that means they are a hit 👍🥳

Special gluten free cake made for a very special friend this weekend who absolutely loves Totoro. My first go at a cake and I think it turned out pretty well. 😀

For anyone wondering they are all gluten free safe for coeliacs. This includes all fondant, sprinkles etc. so you can eat knowing you are safe. ✅

Nearly time to start on some more cookie orders for people. I hope everyone had a lovely xmas and new year and got to relax.

Over xmas and new year I got time to try out making macarons, I tried pistachio and bubblegum and they were a hit.

My first batch took me 5 hours but I'm sure ill get quicker.

Merry Christmas everyone and welcome to my new page. Coeliac Eats🎄

I have decided to start a little baking business for coeliac people to be able to buy products that are made by a coeliac and for coeliacs to enjoy.

I was diagnosed with coeliac disease 7 years ago and I am very sensitive to even crumbs of gluten.

I have often found it hard to purchase goodies out and about that I can 100% trust because let’s face it people don’t get how serious coeliac disease is.

I have started making sugar cookies and I will share them on my page. I intend on starting with cookies and branching out to more items eventually.

I am located in the Barossa Valley.

Oh and lots of my family and friends have been my taste testers, some are gluten free and coeliac and some aren’t and the feedback has been that they are very tasty 😋
