Time: 10 Am.

However, we intend to do a weekend meeting, taking into consideration some of us that are residing far from the venue.

Arrival date: Friday

Note: Friday is not mandatory or better still compulsory, it's only meant for convenience purposes so that one wouldn't be late for the meeting, but you can come on Saturday once you are in or on time.

These are committees set up for the successful conduct of the meeting:

1. Planning and Program Committee.

This Committee will be charged with identifying the meeting venue in Senji and also the logging areas for those who are interested in sleeping.

They will make sure speakers and program sheets are available...

2. Refreshment Committee

3. The Publicity Committee, appears on various media platforms. Social Media and electronics.

From the above-mentioned committees, any volunteer residing in Sinjie can take responsibility.

We want everyone to know that we're not responsible for anyone's transportation and sleeping only "Refreshments"

In this same medium, we calling out those who have the following:
PA system which includes a microphone etc.

We would also appreciate a volunteer to make arrangements for the Hall and revert to us ASAP.
Note: Said Volunteer should make sure, that the Hall is given on a pro-bono basis.

On Friday, when the team arrives; we'll have an evening appearance on "Radio Cape Mount" Hope Kemokai and her colleagues are prepared.

We'll also want female volunteers for the preparation of the refreshments. Interested female residing in Sinjie, can DM or someone can make recommendations?

For sleeping, that is If some of us will be arriving on Friday; we would appreciate it if a volunteer would help locate a few areas whether Guesthouse or individual homes for some of the participants that will be arriving on Friday.

To conclude, we're encouraging everyone to be a part if possible; including but limited to, all County officials, Youth groups, women's groups, elders, the disability community, the religious community, the student community, marketers, motorcyclists, etc.

We pray and hope that if not all, but at least a good number should turn out to have this roundtable meeting for onward planning as we strategize for the conference.

We're looking forward to seeing you all.

Thanks!
