Breastfeeding is a beautiful jouney of mothers life.

World Breastfeeding Week (WBW) is a global campaign celebrated every 1-7 th August to raise awareness on themes related to breastfeeding.

Breastfeeding is one of the most effective ways to ensure child health and survival. However, contrary to WHO recommendations, fewer than half of infants under 6 months old are exclusively breastfed. Breastmilk is the ideal food for infants.

🧆 *Secret Laddus for Mommy to be* 🧆

- These laddu gives full of energy to new mommy.
- Good source of fiber, protein, calcium, potassium, iron level and antioxidants.
- Helps to lower cholesterol level.
- Improves bone health and immunity.
- Maintains the blood sugar level.

*Ingredients*
- Grated dry coconut (half coconut)
- 30 grm edible gum (gond)
- 30grm poppy seeds
- Almonds around 10
- Cashew around 10
- Pistachios around 10
- Dates 5-6
- White sesame seeds 1tsp
- Dry date powder 2 tbsp
-.Ginger powder 1 tbsp
- Nutmeg powder 1 tbsp
- Black pepper powder half tsp
- Roasted fenugreek powder 2 tbsp
- Cardamom powder 2tsp
- Jaggery powder 2 cups
- Wheat flour 2 cups
- Cow ghee 150grm

*How to make it ?*
- Roast all dry fruits seperately and roughly grind them.
- Roast grated coconut and roughly crush it in palm.
- Heat a pan, pour cow ghee, fry edible gum. And keep gum aside.
- Again take a pan, pour ghee, add dry fruit mjxed powder, poppy seeds, roasted sesame seeds, jaggery, wheat flour and other remaining powders.
- Now make laddus in meduim size when they are slightly hot.
- Here you are ready to taste your laddus.

*Healthy Winter Drink*

Kashayam is a strong immune booster wellness drink that can remedy typical winter seasonal ailments.

Kashayam is a natural and simple way to fight off cold, cough, fever and throat infections, giving you strong protection.

Kashayam can be made in many different ways. However, Ginger Kashayam is especially popular as a remedy as adding ginger to your daily diet can go a long way to keeping infections at bay!

Here's the receipe: Serving 2 cups

1. Add 1 glass of water in a pan, place it on the stove.

2. When water starts boiling add jaggery, turmeric powder, jeera powder, coriander powder, nutmeg powder, black papper powder, funnel seeds, fresh ginger paste, finally pinch of salt and boil on a medium heat.

3. Boil until water is reduced to half its original volume
Now, add milk and bring it to the boil

*Last Chandra Grahan of 2022*

The Chandra Grahan 2022 in India will be visible from 5:32 pm to 6:18 pm. On the day of a lunar eclipse, the time of Sutak will start from 9:21 am and will remain till 6:18 pm.

Because this year the lunar eclipse is falling on the auspicious occasion of Kartik Purnima, it increases the importance of the last lunar eclipse of this year even
more.

Eclipes are very good time for meditation and chanting. Chanting mantras at the time of eclipse is much more powerful. And when you chant 108 times during this period it is equivalent to 10,000 times or more! So meditation and chanting are highly recommended during this period.

During the lunar eclipse, especially pregnant women should chant the mantras of Lord Vishnu 'Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevay'.

So exactly 2 years back i have started taking Yoga sessions for PreNatal, Post Natal and Fertility Yoga.
Then I had the pleasure of introducing my dear friends Pranjali & Mihir to the wonders of Yoga for Fertility 🧘đŸģ‍♀ī¸đŸ§˜đŸģ‍♂ī¸

Fast forward today...its so great to see their little baby Meera turn 1 year old!

Here's wishing a very happy birthday to the smiliest baby I've ever known! đŸĨŗ

Our ancestors have left us with a treasure we readily disregard or ignore! It's time we start taking pride in our inheritance and actually try following the advice of our traditional wisdom like Yoga & Ayurveda and "miracles" can become a daily occurrence! 🤞đŸŧ😀

The Sankskrit name Shashankasana is derived from two words, Shashank+Asana; where Shashank stands for moon and asanas stands for posture.
The word Shashank in itself is formed by two words Shash and Ank, where
Shash stands for rabbit and Ank means lap

Shashankasana or moon pose indicates calmness therefore it is on of the best yoga poses to control anger, tension, anxiety, and stress.
