But tonight, The Glass Jug Beer Lab - Downtown Durham 7pm-10pm is where you can find me, would love to see some familiar faces!

🎄 Santa came a little early this year... I've been wanting a baritone guitar for years and I finally scooped one up! There's a special treat at the end of the video for everyone that sticks around that long. Here's a little loop I made inspired by that Donkey Kong Country underwater level I was playing last night. Complete with cheesy cuts and all. Enjoy!

👽🎥👽🎥Happy Tuesday everyone, it’s great to be alive! In celebration here’s a video from this past Sunday’s stream of a dark, swampy, slide-blues love song I wrote called “If I Can’t Make It Home.”

Cuckoo's Nest with too much coffee

I'm done recording the album! And Cosmo makes his internet streaming debut!

🚨🚨 UPDATE! 🚨🚨
I am very, very, very, pleased, excited and happy to announce that I have finished recording my first solo album titled 'Dragging My Shadow'... I am so stoked on how it has all come together and can't wait for the world to hear it! I will hopefully have a release date soon and it will be available at all the places you get your music.

Trying to record an album all on my own in a one-bedroom apartment (complete with loud neighbors, construction, birds, motorcycles, and a whole slew of other noises...) was definitely a challenge. Beyond that, add me being a perfectionist and I wound up with (not joking) 97 takes for one of the dobro solos (I ended up going with the 1st take, it's true what they say...) I was also intrigued to find that some of the more recently written tunes meshed so well with some of the older ones.

As I said before, the album will be available for streaming and download everywhere you can stream and download...
I have mixed emotions on CDs; the idea of more artwork and being able to physically hold the album in my hands is intriguing but also not sure if people even have CD players anymore. I guess if you are reading this and you'd buy one, let me know and maybe I'll make it happen. 🎅💃🙋‍

And last but most definitely not least, I finally got our dog Cosmo on the stream last Sunday which I have been trying to do since the beginning of the Sunday Brunch Special... absolutely made my day. I really appreciate everyone tuning in and lending an ear, I look forward to every Sunday and playing tunes for ya'll.
