It’s been over a year since I released the single 'Horizons' for Action Duchenne but with Duchenne Awarenesses Day coming around once again on the 7th of September, I ask you to please like, share, donate and help raise awareness in all ways possible. The fight against Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy is far from over, but with your help maybe we can move towards changing that! 💓
