With their award winning sourdough bread, this micro bakery & cafe in Snettisham is the perfect spot for a delicious brunch.

The Old Store was established start of last year, alongside its sister business the Old Bank. The location has proved very popular with plenty customers present any day of the week.

You can always swing by to grab some stunning pastries and cakes within their opening hours of 8-3 Tue - Sat & 9-2 Sun.

I would recommend trying one of their cinnamon buns🤤

Burnham Overy Staithe Windmill.

An iconic building here in North Norfolk, situated along the A149 coastal road.

Last used as a corn mill in 1914, the tower is now under the auspices of the National Trust; converted to holiday accommodation.

Standing six stories tall, the mill is a perfect countryside retreat offering breathtaking views over the North Norfolk coast. Sleeping up to 19 guests, the holiday cottage is ideal to gather with friends and family as you explore the wonders of Norfolk.

A lay-by opposite the entrance is the easiest way to get a in person look of this fantastic building.

Holkham Estate - never ending picturesque views and spectacular architecture.

With hopefully some nicer weather ahead, the park is a great spot to visit whatever your leisure. Hire a bike and tour the vast estate or stop by the delicious courtyard cafe for coffee & cake.

And even better in summer months, enjoy amazing street food and relax on the grass😎

Hoppers Yard at Holt🫖

A small retail yard boasting its quaint tearoom and tranquil garden at The Folly Tearoom. Located at the rear side.

The astonishing entrance can’t be missed as you pass by the black gates with ‘Hoppers Yard’ in gold across the top.

Definitely a nice little spot to visit on your next trip to the Georgian town of Holt. Especially for some cake & coffee🤩

The small Georgian village of Letheringsett, located 1.2 miles west from Holt.

With the last remaining watermill in the county of Norfolk to produce flour, this spot is a popular tourist attraction for visitors.

Nestled just outside of Holt, the Kings Head suits all your needs with boutique rooms, AA rosette restaurant, beer garden and locals bar🍾

St Andrews Church, with its unique round-tower top, is surrounded by stunning Georgian architecture which echoes through the village.

Parkrun - the perfect way to start your weekend🏃‍♂️

This free weekly 5K timed event, every Saturday at 9am, is all about bringing people together & creating inclusiveness, no matter your ability.

Here in Norfolk we’re lucky to have many close by, a few of these are on the slides as follows:

• Hunstanton
• Kings Lynn
• Sandringham
• Norwich (Eaton Park)

I encourage everyone if you have the chance to get involved with your local parkrun, it’s a great way to meet new people and challenge yourself!

Tucked inland between Cley & Blakeney, the small village of Wiveton has some award winning food for you to try at the Wiveton Bell 🔔

Upon entering the village you’ll see the infamous ‘Slow you down’ sign - Norfolk’s own take on the slow sign🛑

On the green stands an old cannon barrel, with an unusual hole through its side. This occurred after the end became jammed, causing pressure of a charge to blow out the side💥

Love Salthouse🦢🫶

Take a trip to this lovely coastal village only a few miles from Holt & Cley.

The Salthouse Village Store has some delicious treats to try if you fancy a bit of coffee & cake. A perfect bike ride stop.

The local pub the Dun Cow has some fantastic food with uninterrupted views over the salt marshes.

Also, make sure you watch out for our little friends crossing the road🐸
