Connect through the power of free flowing movement! Ecstatic dance is an opportunity for joy to be felt through your whole body and soul. There is no right or wrong way to dance here - come as you are and express all that asks to be expressed! At each Equinox and Solstice Ecstatic Dance we will honor the seasonal transitions with the plant ally, Cacao.

Cacao is a sacred healing plant with origins in Central and South America. Known for its physical and energetic effects on the human heart, this plant opens us up to the wisdom of our heart center. Engaging in reciprocal relationship to the plant world is an ancient healing practice, and sharing that magic in community is a joy you have to experience to understand.

The Cacao offering will be prepared as a warm beverage (similar to hot cocoa but without refined sugars/additives & with the healing elements of the entire cacao plant) and served alongside traditional and novel herbs & spices for you to blend to your liking. We will use plant based milk, please let us know of any allergies beforehand. This is only an invitation and never a required part of attending Ecstatic Dance with us. The cacao used in the ceremony is ethically-sourced from a women-owned collective in Guatemala.

This monthly class focuses on opening up physical spaces in the body where stuck emotions are held. While it is wonderful to see more and more mens groups popping up and men entering into healing spaces across the globe, I feel like the seacoast of NH and the greater New England region is sorely lacking in this area. Attention queens! 💫👑 COVEN this month will be on FRIDAY AUGUST 23rd from 6:30-8pm! We will be starting off Virgo season by releasing the old and calling in the new! We will begin our evening with a release ritual followed by an intention setting meditation. Indigo Haven has been going through a big metamorphosis these last few months 🦋🌀 as those of you who work with Nina know, the spiral path we walk continues to shift and spin and the transformation our souls experience is never -ending. We have made the tough decision to end the traditional yoga schedule (regular yoga will be ending August 12th so if you would like to drop in for a class please do so before then!). Indigo Haven will remain an integrative healing collaborative during the week to give practitioners a quiet, trauma-informed space to offer their services in and, in true shamanic butterfly form, Indigo will shape-shift into an eclectic event space and classroom for transpersonal self-development during the weekends. We are currently looking for more facilitators and teachers to share their magic with the community during the weekends so if you are interested please DM us or email Nina at [email protected] 💫

As you can tell, our logo has also changed! 🦋 Indigo is such a unique space that offers a large range and depth of services and owner Nina decided that just white and blue weren’t representative of all that is offered at Indigo Haven. The new logo incorporates all of the colors of the Sàmi flag in honor of Nina’s nordic indigenous ancestors. Nina believes its uniqueness is reflective of the deep transformation and potent healing that happens at Indigo Haven. Green for earth, blue for water, red for fire - transformation, and golden yellow for the sun - shining light on our deepest shadows (represented by the moon). Blue, red and gold also represent the primary colors, the basic ingredients for all other colors created, symbolizing the importance of getting to the root of trauma and building a solid foundation for healing. Green also represents the idea of giving the rest over to Spirit/God/The Universe/Nature. The spiral is a symbol for infinity, the notion that we are indeed everything and nothing at the same time, and the nonlinear path we walk to heal🌀

Hello Indigos🦋

I have some news to share. Beginning August 1st I will no longer be offering mediumship services including readings, trainings, workshops or psychic parties until further notice. I will still be offering 1:1 coaching and energy healing sessions at Indigo Haven on Tuesdays as well as 1:1 shamanic breathwork sessions and end of life doula work by appointment. I will also still be offering Healers Collaborative and COVEN for July, August, and September and collaborating on some AMAZING events with other incredible healers throughout the fall (stay tuned for these!) but will be tapering off of facilitating events after that for a while. With that being said, Indigo will still be hosting TONS of magical events and workshops facilitated by incredible healers of all kinds as well as super nourishing yoga classes. Even though my role is shifting a bit, it is so important to me that Indigo remains a safe haven of love, support, growth, and community.

I am currently shifting gears and entering new phases in both my personal and professional life that require me to focus my energy and attention elsewhere. I have thought about this decision at great lengths and depths for a while now and I have finally decided that this is the best choice for me and the phase of life I am entering into at this time. Burnout is also a very real thing and I need to take a step back in order to prioritize my mental and physical wellbeing. This was not an easy decision for me as I have worked very hard to hone my facilitator skills in the last decade and my mediumship abilities since I was a teen. I know it is something I can go back to when the time is right but for now I need to prioritize other aspects of my life.
