We are hoping to adopt embryos to grow our family. We are hoping to connect with a family considering adoption for their remaining embryos.

n North Texas. A little about us:

We have been married for 11 years and together for 12 years. We met when Heather took a summer job at the moving company that Mike worked for. We still try to make sure and take time together as a couple by going on dates occasionally just the two of us. Which also gives Justus some extra time with his grandparents when they babysit him. Mike is a Lieutenant with the Sheriff's Department and loves all things horror related as well as comic books (specifically anything Joker related). He is a very talented artist and creative person who loves to draw and make horror inspired Tik Toks dressing up as different horror characters and doing fun skits. He is an amazing father loves spending time hanging out with his little man, going to the park and taking him swimming in our pool. Heather is a stay at home mom who is loving the opportunity to watch our son grow and learn. She loves to go on walks with Justus and stop to let him run around and wear himself out at the park. She also likes to spend as much time as possible in the pool in the summers. She loves to curl up with a good book and get lost in the pages. She also tries to make sure to set aside time regularly for hot yoga or coffee with her best friend. Justus is our five year old son and he is very energetic, into everything, independent and stubborn but sweet and cuddly in equal measure. He loves cars, monster trucks, anything spooky, running around in the backyard, swimming in the pool and playing with his friends at Little Gym and the park. We are so grateful to have been blessed with such an amazing little man and know he will be an awesome big brother! We own our own home in a quiet neighborhood near great schools. We have two wonderful dogs who are great with our son. We are near family and love that our children will grow up having a close relationship with family. Hello, everyone! After a lot of careful consideration, conversations with each other and Heather's doctors we have decided to pivot in our plans to try and grow our family. We have gotten approval from Heather's doctors to try and get pregnant. However, previously it took us almost two years of trying to get pregnant with our son. So in order to, hopefully, avoid Heather having to be off of one of her immunosuppressive medications for any longer than necessary we are now looking to adopt embryos.
We would love to connect with a family who has completed their family but still has remaining embryos that they would be willing to donate to us. Our hope is that we can have an open or semi-open relationship with the donor family. We are hoping and praying that this is the path that will finally lead us to the precious baby girl who has been on our hearts these last three years.

Yesterday we had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to one of our precious dogs. We were unbelievably blessed and privileged to get fourteen years with this incredibly sweet and loving girl and while we are devastated by her loss we are grateful to know that she is no longer in any pain.

We did our annual Pumpkin Patch photos!! Papa (Heather's dad) couldn't make it out as he was helping out his brother but we had a blast with Grammy (Heather's mom) and Grandpa (Mikie's dad).
