Ang bagong batas na Republic Act No. 11909 ay nagbibigay ng permanenteng bisa o "validity " ng Certificates of Live Birth, Death and Marriage na ang nagi- iissue ay ang Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA ) at maging ang mga naunang na- issue ng dating National Statistics Authority ( NSO) at mga local civil registries.
Ayon sa batas, anuman ang petsa ng pagka- issue ng mga nasabing dokumento ay nararapat tanggapin ng anumang ahensya ng gobyerno, paaralan at maging ng mga pribadong opisina na humihingi ng nasabing dokumento bilang katibayan ng pagkakakilanlanan o "identity".
Tiyakin lamang po natin na ang mga nasabing dokumento ay nababasa pa at hindi gula- gulanit at nakikita ang selyo na ito ay tunay o "genuine".
Ang CENOMAR o ang Certificate of No Marriage ay hindi kasama sa mga dokumentong sakop ng batas na ito. Ang CENOMAR ay may bisa lamang ng 6 na buwan mula sa pagka- issue nito.
Malaking katipiran ito para sa atin sa gastos at panahon ng pagkuha ng mga dokumentong nabanggit.

Setyembre 8, 2022 – Ang Kagawaran ng Edukasyon, sa ilalim ng pamumuno ni Pangalawang Pangulo at Kalihim ng Edukasyon Sara Z. Duterte, ay may zero-tolerance policy para sa lahat ng uri ng pang-aabuso na ginagawa sa ating mga eskuwelahan, lalo na laban sa ating mga mag-aaral.
Sineseryo ng DepEd ang lahat ng mga ulat tungkol sa seksuwal na pang-aabuso at karahasan laban sa ating mga mag-aaral sa mga eskuwelahan sapagkat determinado tayo sa pagtitiyak na ang mga eskuwelahan sa buong bansa ay ligtas na espasyo para sa ating mga estudyante at malaya mula sa mga sexual predator.
Nauunawaan natin na ang pag-uulat ng mga karanasan ng seksuwal na pang-aabuso at karahasan ay kadalasang nahahadlangan ng takot at kahihiyan, ngunit hinihikayat natin ang mga biktima mula Kindergarten hanggang Grade 12 na direktang iulat ang nasabing mga insidente sa Office of the Secretary.
