Aside from religious, ethical, or allergy-related reasons, there's no need to avoid certain foods unless you simply don't enjoy them.

1️⃣ Diminished Cravings: We all get cravings. Here, I’m referring to intense cravings where you feel a little out of control. Welcoming all foods teaches your brain balance, reducing intense cravings.
2️⃣ No more or fewer Binges: Allowing all foods eradicates feelings of deprivation.
3️⃣ Eliminate Food Guilt: Ditching restrictions puts all food on the same playing field, where there is no “good” or “bad” food, erasing guilt from your plate. 🍽️🌟

Many diets pretend not to be diets. They say it’s all about health, but they’re just diets in disguise. But why care?
Because for the vast majority, diets cause more harm than good (i.e. more health problems). These are facts.
This might come as a surprise…
but If you truly honored your cravings, giving yourself unconditional permission to eat whatever the F you want, WHILE listening to your body and how food makes your body feel, You WILL start to eat more “balanced.”
Honoring your cravings plus getting clear on what your body is telling you, actually serves you better than cutting out certain foods (unless you’re allergic or do not like the food). 🚫
Embracing this doesn't mean an all-out indulgence (except for in the beginning stages). When you listen to your body's cues, cravings align with genuine needs (and sometimes we need to enjoy that 🍪). ✨

I’m about to share very intimate and personal details with you.
There are some things most of you don’t know about me.
I’m going to be fully transparent and vulnerable. The very thing I help my clients do if we are going to be successful in transforming your life! 💫
Why now?
For one, it’s something that after hearing it will perhaps help others to open up too and share their struggles. Afterall, we are who we are because of our own unique path and the experiences that come with that. Why not share it? 👊
And two, vulnerability takes courage, honesty, and it takes guts. All of which are important elements in my program. Each of us has to Shed that tough outer shell to expose the inner parts that need mending. Myself included.
MY STORY
Me, and the path I took
➡️ I’m a dietitian and intuitive eating coach.
➡️ I have my Master’s in nutrition.
➡️ I have tried COUNTLESS diets and fads in the past and restricted my eating at a very young age.
➡️ I did that because I hated my body and the way I looked. It wasn’t what I imagined a females body to be no matter how many people told me otherwise.
➡️ My own unrealistic expectations hurled me into a raging battle that continued unabated for decades.
➡️ This battle continued well into my years practicing as a dietitian, treating others with the same bad information I was trained in, and what wasn’t working so well for me.
➡️ The further the cycle continued the worse I felt physically and mentally. I was miserable and exhausted.
➡️ I gave up on pursuing my dreams and passions. My relationships suffered, all of them. I was running on fumes when a random podcast I was listening to introduced me to Intuitive Eating.
➡️ Through intuitive eating, I finally found ‘peace’ of mind. Like an imagined medieval battle, my reinforcements arrived just when I thought all was lost. The tables were turned in my favor. I was filled with hope, love for myself, and newfound confidence that empowered me to break free from it all.
What I left out…
➡️ Feeling defeated and hopeless I spiraled into substance abuse, self-medicating with alcohol to numb the unbearable pain.
➡️ My worsening condition led to situations of sexual and emotional abuse. My self-worth had hit an unimaginable low.
Through intuitive eating I was able to heal from the inside and finally realize my worth.
I found purpose and freedom in every aspect of my life. ☮️
Let this be a reminder that taking that leap is worth it. You are worth it.
When we are able to admit to ourselves and the world our true story great things happen. And there’s nothing greater than taking your life and freedom back. ✨
There’s nothing to be ashamed about. I know that now and now so do you.

If you are following ANY, I mean ANY rules on what to eat, how much to eat, or when to eat… then you are on a diet.
Let’s say for example…
❌ If you restrict your favorite foods… it’s a diet.
❌ If you don’t allow yourself to take seconds… it’s a diet.
❌ If you only eat at set times… it’s a diet.
Anything that constitutes a diet, will not last. And will only do more harm than good in the long-run.
✨ Intuitive eating is all about trusting yourself rather than the rules. When you are able to trust yourself, you will be able to eat whatever you want, whenever you want it, in quantities that satisfy YOU. ✨

How many of you label food as "good" or "bad"
Are you sick and tired of hopping on every new diet bandwagon only to plateau or "give up" after a few weeks when it stops working (or becomes too impractical)? 🧐
As a professional nutritionist, people come to me with nutrition questions everyday.
And not surprisingly, one of the main questions I get, especially from people who are doing everything “right” is:
"What supplements should I be taking?"
Let me get this straight right away: No one needs supplements to heal their relationship with food (and themselves).
But - when it feels like you’re already covering all your bases and you’re still not getting results...
Supplements seem like the next logical step.
The truth is, we love to overcomplicate healthy living and focus on the nitty gritty details… to the point of making it too overwhelming to tackle.
If you’re a regular reader of any health or fitness magazine, you know exactly what I’m talking about.
Every issue is full of contradicting advice. 🤓
• This food is weight loss MAGIC!
• This same food is keeping you fat!
• This little-known muscle group is the KEY to 6-pack abs!
• This special extract is a metabolism MAGICIAN!
• Protein is the answer for EVERYTHING!
• Scratch that - protein turns into SUGAR!
• Coss-training upside down and backwards is THE answer you’ve been looking for!
• Cardio is king!
• Cardio is keeping you burnt out and overweight!
You. Will. Drive. Yourself. Nuts. (if you listen to them)
So I'm here to tell you, you do NOT need a cupboard full of supplements to live a healthy lifestyle and stay fit.
You don’t need to follow any crazy diet trends, give up fruit, give up meat, give up… well, anything.
You don’t need to live on the treadmill (or in the weight room).
Feeling good again is really NOT that complicated…. And all of those “helpful suggestions” are just tools you *could* be incorporating (but don't).
But guess what?
Those magazines…. Their job isn’t really to help you lose weight.
Their job is to sell magazines - and the two have nothing to do with each other.
So they’re always looking for a new angle, and inflating it to be the next best thing.
The nuts and bolts truth?
• You just need balance and consistency. Anything in excess is going to either burn you out or create a new set of problems (whether that “anything” is cardio, cupcakes, weights, or salad).
• A focus on eating more whole foods.
• Listening to your hunger and fullness signals← What most people get wrong - either restriction or binging (yin and yang).
• Get some healthy movement in there.
• And possibly incorporate a daily multivitamin to bridge nutrient gaps.
I don’t know about you, but that sounds WAY more manageable than most of the advice you read about online.
For ANY program to work:
• It has to fit your lifestyle...
• It has to feel good...
• And it has to be practical… So that YOU can be consistent
Outside of that, there is NO one-size-fits-all. And there’s certainly no “secrets” that have just been discovered that are going to change your health forever. 🌠
I don’t know about you - but to me? That’s a relief.
Because that means there is NO reason not to get started today. The answers are all here. They’re simple. And YOU CAN DO IT!🙂
