The Barbarities of U.S Police Against People of Color
About 1 in every 1,000 black men faces death risk by the Police in the United States. Police-involved deaths of the black community have risen over the years, and violent encounters have become more common. Research shows that African Americans are at a higher risk of experiencing police-involved barbarism, and such stories surface on media frequently. It is time that we stand up against racial injustice and hatred for people of color. We must stand up against institutions that discriminate against the black community and minorities. We must rise against those that endanger lives because of their bias and hatred!

Join us for a fun night of Basketball on Sunday, March 20th at 6pm at Kaiser Permanente Arena in Santa Cruz, CA to raise awareness for Anti-Bullying!
The Mom’s Against Bullying and League of United African American Citizens have partnered up with the Santa Cruz Warriors Organization to put on a fundraiser to promote Anti-Bullying in various schools across California.
To make this night as successful as possible, we are inviting several schools in the surrounding areas to attend. Schools in the Los Banos School District are already on board, and have sent out this link to teachers, parents, and students in the district. We invite you to share this link within your school district to support our efforts in anti-bullying and offer community members an affordable and fun professional basketball game.
Each attendee will receive entry to the basketball game, a free Santa Cruz Warriors hat and a portion of the proceeds will go towards the Anti Bullying Initiative to raise awareness for anti-bullying promotion in public schools.
