In the big things, I dream of the small, in the noise, I cry out for the quiet, in the city lights, I long for country living. At the stars & moon I wonder, why I like the roaring thunder, the echo in the old, the heavenly sunrise, a captivating embrace.
Let's dance where there is no music, let's sing when there is no song. Lets hold on to those special moments even when they are gone.

Nothing like a relaxing Friday evening listening to Paul Washer, add in a Lavender face pack & a hot water bottle and I'm right in the zone ☺️ hope everyone has had a blessed week xx
By the Grace of God, I am moving back into Film & TV, it's been many years since I worked as an actress so I don't know what this journey is going to look like but I know my feet are on solid ground.
Christmas Eve 6.30pm, Mission Hall, Neath. We would love for you to join us. Free for all the family 💜
Thank you to those who listened in to Premier this morning, it's not always easy to revisit the past & speak live about my experiences. Something I can only do in his strength & not my own. You can re-listen to the interview this afternoon via the Premier Christian Radio website & I can also send you the link (just pop us a DM) I am so thankful for all the 'stuff' that has been rooted out of my life. I am thankful that I have grown in discernment & for the constant renewing of my mind.
It is so important to be able to discern between truth and error, to ask and pray for the Lord's guiding in all things.
Live interview Premier Christian Radio Friday 10th November. If you missed my interview for Woman Alive Magazine then tune in next Friday morning! Further details to come x
Welcome October 🍂
These last couple of weeks have gone by so quickly! I just love the autumn, cold crispy days are just my favourite! Moving into this new season I decided to put all books aside and just focus on my bible reading. There is so much to be said when we remove all other distractions, different interpretations of scripture and of course…social media. Although I have enjoyed listening to the Steve Lawson podcast while working on my home (in the middle of renovations and I am just so thankful for patience)
I also sang at a lovely Christian wedding last week, & again I am so thankful for this experience.
I'll be back at UCB this coming Friday 1st, live at 11am with Ruth O’Reilly-Smith on This is my Story.

We all face storms that knock us down. In those moments we can feel helpless, but what if these storms have a purpose?
Sometimes we need the storm to strengthen our faith, character & develop spiritual muscle.
Hello August,
It's going to be a busy month so finding balance is my priority this summer. Looking forward to an interview next week at UCB, an Interview with Woman Alive Magazine, thanks to Premier, sharing my story at some local churches and taking a week off to travel & meet with some old friends 🌾 How about you? x

Hi friends, new song 'Come & See' is now available - https://rb.gy/akd96
Great day shooting today with Dan at Red Media Wales for my upcoming release 'Come & See'. I'm so looking forward to sharing this with you all soon.
‘There are you still’ was the original song title for my upcoming release. I later changed it to ‘Come & See’.
All that I have walked through (and when I say walk, I mean climbed, fallen, fought…you get the picture) is by HIS Strength & not my own. I have been through so many battles and that is to be expected and it no longer surprises me. But in those battles, I have been rescued from what has tried to destroy me each and every single time. This is where the title ‘There are you still’ came from.
Giving our battles to the Lord is how we fight, by using the word of God. When we try to fight things in our own will & strength we become weak and exhausted. When we come to Jesus and lay down our burdens he gives us rest. We must first COME to Jesus before we can fully understand who He is. And the longer we abide (or remain) with him, the more he reveals himself to us, the more we SEE.
I am thankful for the trials I have gone through as it has tested the strength of my faith, it has weaned me away from worldly things & shown me my own heart.

Who loves a daily devotional? 🙋♀️ Reading it first thing in the morning while I have my morning coffee and come round (which can take me a while) really helps focus my mind. If I'm having a really busy day etc I can come back to the word or scripture to refocus & realign my thoughts.
When you are truly rooted in Christ you will have a peace that surpasses all understanding, you will have his strength & a sound mind that when you go through trials it will not shake you, it will not cause you to fall away.
When someones complete trust & hope is in God, that person is different, that person reacts differently. How your respond to a situation, person or that which tries to come against you will show YOU where you are in your faith.

It’s June already & as I look back over this last month, it’s been ever so busy. Yes, I have pressed the pause button here and there and in those moments of stillness I have found myself deep in thought, looking back, looking up & looking forward. I am so grateful for all the times the Lord has rescued me & pulled me out of many deep waters.
This season marks a new & exciting journey for me in many ways which I am hoping will be both impactful & encouraging to others. I look to share this journey of learning & growing in all that I do with you all. Firstly, I will be releasing new music very soon! & I hope you will like the new sound and style.
I also enjoyed singing on Mal Pope’s new anthem last month, 'For This Reason' which Mal has been commissioned to write To celebrate the Centenary of the Diocese of Swansea & Brecon.
In your weakness, let God be your strength

Being a mum is an incredible blessing, it's not always easy but it teaches you so much. Motherhood has a funny way of humbling our souls. No matter how long you’ve been a mum, we are always learning, growing...and sometimes crying.
When we take the time to reflect on what we’ve learned, we can get a better understanding of what God is doing in our family.
