Eating to fuel your body just FEELS different 😍

If anyone knows me, I can eat a whole plate of shrimp no problem 😂😍😍Learning proper portion control has changed the game for me!

1 🟩 carrots, tomatoes, sprinkle of jalapeños
1 🟨 2 yellow corn tortillas
1 🟪 grapes
2 tablespoons of hot sauce

Chaos of the holidays can take a toll on you. Sometimes we just need to take the stress in baby steps and take each day individually.

I’ve been working hard even during the chaos + holidays. The consistency is showing and I couldn’t be happier!

It took a while for me to learn this, but developing habits everyday is the secret sauce to becoming a healthier version of ME 💁🏽‍♀️

Happy Friday!

Knowing what you need, when you need it is a huge thing to learn as you grow up. I knew I needed alone time.
I went from living alone for years, doing what *i* wanted, when *i* wanted.


NOW, my lifestyle also involves 3 other humans + many more responsibilities. I don’t regret anything, and I honestly am loving the person and bonus mom I am becoming. BUT, we all need alone time and opportunities to just zen the F out.

You don’t need to jet to another state for alone time

✨go on a walk
✨book a spa appointment
✨coffee date with yourself
✨ walk around tj max

Set some time for yourself at least 3x a week!

This is me thinking about how my life has been the last few months. Exciting is an understatement!
🤍 I decided to add another hat because I love working hard + all while still working on myself. And I want others feel this way!

🤍 I don’t have a degree in anything fitness related, heck I don’t even have a college degree!

🤍I’m not a fitness expert/dietician

🤍 but you know what I do have? I have motivation, drive, consistency + GOALS!

You can do anything you put your mind to babe!

This man is one in a million! Not only is he an amazing dad, a wonderful realtor.. he’s also one of my biggest supporters!
He eats all the crazy healthy things I make us, when we both know he’s going to make nachos while I’m sleeping. He makes me laugh all day long, reminds me to not take life so seriously, and reach for my goals.. even if they seem crazy!

Happiness. Sometimes we forget what happiness is. Sometimes…we are really hard on ourselves.
Life in general has changed a lot. Boooooy has my life and my lifestyle changed. BUT i have found happiness and I have found peace with where I am today. I’ve gone from the unhealthy party girl who’s drinking more vodka than she can handle, who hardly eats, who stays up until 4am, alllll the way to the girl who eats whole, nutritional foods, hardly drinks, in bed by 10pm, up at 7am to workout. Now, I’m laser focused to get back to the healthy, positive mindset girl I see myself in all these pics.
