I have to accept that my Sister and my ex are in a relationship still a year later.

I must accept that my children are with their father who does not have good moral behavior.

I accept the part I played in pushing people away with my emotional instability.

You spend a lifetime to meet someone who sees you for who you are, understands and accepts you. In the end, you find that someone, all along, has been you.

Abundantly flowing with the new path of .full.evolution I am grateful to find this plant medicine to facilitate my healing ๐ŸŒฟ

What is a Kuripe?
This is a self administering tool or pipe meant to be used with r**eฬ. It is small, shaped like a V, and usually made out of bamboo and adorned with crystals, beads or feathers. These kuripes come with a lanyard to wear as a necklace.

How to use a Kurpie?
There is shorter mouth piece that is taken into the lips to be blown and a longer nose piece that is inserted into a nostril. Placing a small about of r**e in your hands and filling the longer side with a small amount of powder. Now you can blow out with your mouth into the Kuripe which will force the R**eฬ into your nose.

What us R**e?
Pronounced โ€œha-pehโ€ this is a shamanic s***f medicine. Made from Amazonian medicinal plants, trees, leaves, seeds and other sacred ingredients.

Used for?
Healing and cleansing and building a relationship with yourself, through grounding and ingesting the vibrations, notes and qualities of each plant.

This medicine is used to open and re-align the chakras, improving your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. Helping clear mental confusion and releasing any negative thoughts.

REMOVING entities, yall know I am dealing with some Evil ass s**t so making sure to purify myself and keep my connection to source and spirit through the divine breath.

I have 3 Kuripies for sale, keeping one for myself and one for my daughter when she comes of age. These came straight from the Peruvian jungle just last month when a friend travelled there herself to collect sacred tools from the people directly.

These have been cleansed and smudged, brand new never been used. Each with a quarts crystal attached.

This picture is for cuteness not correct posture. I really struggled with this pose for most of my life. I started doing yoga at 15 and went on and off to classes without dedicating myself to a routine and personal practice. Even one year in and I am still comparing myself to others.

Yoga is heling and its very individual. I have had a great deal of pain and tension in my life and always feel like a old woman in this body. The mental struggles pain causes can be debilitating. Pushing through the tension with gentle breathwork and movements.

Down dog is strengthening and stretching. Sometimes referred to as a resting pose, I find it is one of the poses where I hope to transform my before and after photos with.

Correct position: Arms are straight and hands are deeply rooted into the mat. Head and neck are aligned with spine and knees are bent if needed.

This is a whole body stretch the more you practice it the more it will benefit you!

TOOLS โ€“ I get so excited over the concept of having this little tool belt of coping mechanisms to help me get through each day with strength and compassion.

I have identified with being a very angry person most of my life. During the inner child healing work I have been doing it is now clear that I have lived from my child ego state of fear that I was stuck in. Fear and sadness turn to anger and defence. I didnโ€™t know any differently.

Does anyone have anger that doesnโ€™t leave them?

I dream of s**t kicking my sister regularly but with time I will forgive myself and her enough to let this all go. In the mean time the last 8 months have been full of emotion. I am mad that the people closest to me can hurt and disrespect me. The lessons of acceptance and letting go are life changing.

Screaming is a form of my emotional release work. My babies and I scream in the bath tub, so that I can teach them about emotional intelligence. I will not allow my kids to be mentally and emotionally unstable as I was. There is so much to learn about the true self.

I scream in my minivan. Under water, in the shower and when the kids leave I go into the playroom clean, smudge, pray and release all sadness and anger I feel. I am able to do so on the weekends when my children are not here.

Working out and movement has also helped with my anger.

To yield the power or control of yourself. Willful acceptance that there is a higher power that has your back. Trusting the Universal pull of your moral compass guiding you towards the truest path of the self.

What does surrender mean to you?

It is an act of faith, letting go and going with the flow ๐Ÿฆ‹

I feel like I just woke up to all the new healthy habits that I am trying to repattern into my life. There is so much I want to change.

It all starts with awareness.
Having patience and faith in your journey and then meditating!

I really loved this book! The greatest thing that I took away from it was the importance of breath in our every day lives. How each pose is really allowing us to bring breath into different areas of our bodies, into the tensions. The healing journey of yoga is so unique to each person. Iโ€™m so thankful to be learning and adding new habits to my life.

This book includes theory and practice but it also explains how our goals we usually work towards can change, so the importance is focused on the daily practice. Once we dedicate ourselves to the daily morning practice then our goals will always change and today is so much more important then the end game goals. This really resonated with me. Knowing that the devotion to personal practice will pay off within self discipline. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Thirty two poems in this second edition from the โ€œfather of yogaโ€ Krishnamacharya has his first yogic text in its original form and translated.

I recommend this book and finished it a couple months ago, I love adding the dynamic movements and poses and counter poses to my individual sequences.

I have a really hard time sitting still and reading books. Iโ€™m proud of slowing down and reading some of my cool library. 2021 will have more books. Reading a few at a time now ๐Ÿ˜‚

2021 Goals!! โœจโ˜๏ธ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฅณ Ok Ultimate list maker right here prepping for some well focused task oriented goal break down!
I got so exited I almost forgot to put HEALING in my top 3 of this year.
Like for real tho. Healing takes work and time โค๏ธ
Be gentle and easy on yourself and look into the year ahead with some compassion for yourself and our world. A life time of poor habits and negative thoughts donโ€™t just go away, it takes work and dedication with some serious commitment to self development and love. Relationships can be really hard for some people, especially the one with yourself! Learning to live fully from LOVE!

The most important part of my healing journey is what is will for my children. Never do I want my children to suffer from chronic depression, anxiety and emotional instability like I have. I have never felt such divine timing in my life before. ๐Ÿ‘While going through some of the biggest trauma of two betrays, my Grandmother dying and Covid its been a hard year for me but I know this is on everyone. The weight of such personal struggles is overwhelming. Financially, mentally and spiritually tough to move on sometimes.

I met some amazing women in my life during this time which I know was so uniquely coincidental it had to be meant to be. Some people flow in and out of your life along with your phases and changes. Loving everyone for following their own oath but rusting in the Universe and knowing when change is needed.

Sometimes everything has to change and thatโ€™s ok. It may not look the way you pictured, or not be in your scope of plans. It will liking look like your loosing control of your life. ๐ŸŒช

Here is some things I can recommend to help since I have changed allot in the last 5 months.

1 โ€“ Detach โ€“ from your plan and feeling like you have no time. This is always changing and in a state of flux. Its good to recognize our attachments to form as well. Let go of what once was and embrace what could be.๐ŸŒน

2- Have patience โ€“ Healing takes time!! Taking things one day at a time has allowed my anxiety to really relax. I know I have to move, go back to work full time be alone for a while. One step at a time. Maybe your impatience is hiding in other emotions such as jealousy or fear?

3) Examining discomfort โ€“ This is a huge one, can you feel the anxiety or bad energy pooling in your guts? Maybe you can feel your breath start to pause and shorten. This is the extra important time to take deeper breaths and bring ease to the discomfort. This is usually my cue to walk away and breath so I can handle my situation better and create more peaceful and calm communication.

Look how much changes in a Year or even a season! Devine timing connected me to some really amazing new friends this year โค๏ธ

Finished the paper copy a couple years ago and have not read a book since! Its crazy to think that my ADD behaviour makes it nearly impossible to sit down and focus on something. Luckily I got and can clean and listen on the go. ๐ŸคŸ๐Ÿผ

I just finished the Audio version on this book and it was a lively re cap of the book and all the small important lessons in life that we seem to forget.

Usually my mind is all over the place. Depressed thinking about the past, pain and time and money wasted. Anxiety filled thinking about my unknown future and needing to find my own place and doing it on my own. Being alone forever also makes me get caught up in the stilly thinking rabbit holes out mind takes us down.

NOW- HERE- The only important time we have. Its not about being happy in the future or in a while after you graduate or finish the course. Its about right now, taking a breath and loving this moment is silence. Loving the moment of chaos, loving the messy house and being grateful. Loving your tired face and being thankful for the breath we take.

Smelling the flowers and appreciating the breeze. Filling your heart up with the small acts of love that you can do for your self everyday!

You ever get that gut feeling something isnโ€™t right? Goose bumps or a chill? Maybe you see a number over and over or a spirit animal or you can feel someone is lying to you or that you can sense the energy is off in a situation?

Being connected to ourselves allows for self trust to flourish and a better understanding of what energy is good for you or not.

With my life falling apart, along with my ego from being rejected, I was able to bring more compassion into all areas of my life. Including my relationship with myself. The most damaged one.

As a spiritual human, we seem to gravitate towards people who need healing, needing much healing ourselves, always and forever is the divine path giving us lessons to learn and evolve.

โ€œI have full power over my destiny and I trust the Universe will guide me to make the best decisionโ€™s.โ€

Only with loving yourself completely does fear slip away, the need to fee worthy diminishes cause you finally feel enough for yourself.

This is a life long journey of connection WITHIN. I am finally starting to love the woman I am becoming. It only took loosing everything I thought I needed or wanted.

Trusting my intuition more and more I can feel that I am on the path of divinity and transformation. Stay consistent with yourself and continue to manifest your vision. I believe in you!

Co**se Pose is one of my favorite poses, its because itโ€™s easy on my body. Although I also find pain and tension even in this pose in my low back. I use a bolster under my knees to help my low back relax a bit.

I often rush this pose, feel like the connection with silence and space is so hard for me to sit still, I always have so much to do. I will often listen to a guided meditation in this time to help me feel like I am really working my time well.

The honest truth is in the uncomfortable rushing feeling is where we need to focus my time and sit with the silence. Itโ€™s a sign, we distract ourselves from self care too often.

Savasana is a chance to absorb the practice we just did, to honor our commitment to practice and feel the breath flowing within us more easily.

Its true honor within to be able to sit still and silent in such contentment. ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ
