The summer season 2023 in our center starts with Regenerative Yoga Camp 50+, 1 – 7 June 2023
Every year of life we are in is the best year of our life when we dedicate ourselves to health and finding wisdom and joy of life.
Aging does not have to mean that we immediately have health issues.
One of the ways to care for our health over the years is to practice healing yoga, designed for population over 50 years old.
The experts of the Yoga Federation of Europe carefully designed the Regenerative Yoga 50+ programme and will be fully dedicated to the participants for six days of yoga camp.

ARKONA PN residential centre is placed in the Zelezne hori - park of nature in the Vysočina region, Czech Republic, Europe. We are in the heart of preserved nature, in the habitat of roe deer that have lived in coexistence with humans for centuries.
