Today we introduced some of the boys to the game of gridiron specifically the Defensive line position coach O worked on basic movements with these lads and they definitely picked up the movements quick.

Both first time reffing any form of the sport of football and both had a blast and enjoyed the experience! 🏈

We would just like to congratulate on committing to to pursue football but more importantly further his education.

BJ showcased his abilities last month at 'The Search' and was able to display his athletic ability, motivation and importantly willingness to learn. From that he has been given this amazing offer.

From the Throw Downs POV this is what we are all about - giving the youth from our area a chance to realise their potential with football and the opportunities it can provide. He is the first but definitely won't be the last!
