سی ایس ایس کی تیاری

سب سے پہلے اخبارات کا مطالعہ شروع کریں اردو اخبارات سے شروع کریں تین چار ماہ تک کم از کم دو اردو اخبارات کے سارے اداریہ اور کالمز پڑھیں اسکے بعد جب آپ کو سارے کرنٹ ایشوز کی سمجھ آ جائے تو آپ اب انگریزی اخبار اٹھائیں۔

انگریزی اخبار پڑھتے وقت مشکل الفاظ کے معنی گوگل سے دیکھتے جائیں دوسرے نمبر پر اپنی listening skills پر کام کریں انگلش موویز سب ٹائٹلز کے ساتھ دیکھیں اور سیزن دیکھیں، کسی بھی نیوز چینل کا نو بجے والا پورا بلیٹن سنیں اور اسکے علاوہ کسی چینل پر بحث مباحثہ بھی سن لیں
اپنے آپ کو مطالعہ کے شوق کی طرف لے کر آئیں اچھی کتب کا مطالعہ کریں اور کوشش کریں کہ ہر ہفتے ایک نئی کتاب پڑھیں۔

4- ورلڈ ٹائم کا میگزین ہے اس میں ہر ماہ ایک انٹرویو آتا ہے پچھلے تمام سالوں کے تمام انٹرویوز کی ایک الگ کتاب مارکیٹ میں آ چکی ہے اسکانام css success stories یہ تین سو روپے کی کتاب ہے ورلڈ ٹائم سے مل جائے گی اس کو بھی پڑھیں۔

5۔ اب اپنا خود کا سٹڈی پلان بنائیں

دن کے شروعاتی تین چار گھنٹے انگلش کے لئے مخصوص رکھیں
میرے خیال سے انگلش، پاکستان افیرز، کرنٹ افئرز، اور انگلش ایسے ان پانچ مضامین کی تیاری سارا سال چلتی رہتی ہے باقی اسکے علاوہ سات سبیجکٹس بچ جاتے ہیں ان کو آپ ساتھ ماہ میں روزانہ دو سے تین گھنٹے دے کر تیار کر سکتے ہیں۔

ہر مضمون کا سیلبیس ڈاؤن لوڈ کریں ہر مضمون کے پچھلے پانچ سال کے پاسٹ پیپرز بھی ڈاؤن لوڈ کریں اب سلیبس اور پاسٹ پیپرز کا تجزیہ کریں اور اسکے مطابق اپنی ٹاپک لسٹ بنائیں اور ہر ٹاپک کو ریکمنڈڈ بکس سے تیار کریں اور پوائنٹس کی شکل میں نوٹس بناتے جائیں۔ اس طرح محض سات ماہ میں اپکی تیاری مکمل ہوجائے گی۔

اگر آپکی انگلش بہتر ہے تو آپ پانچ سے چھ ماہ میں روزانہ سات سے آٹھ گھنٹے پڑھ کر تیاری مکمل کر سکتے ہیں۔

How I scored 80 in GSA, the most important paper in General knowledge.
During my first attempt, I got 43 which was the primary factor behind my non-allocation. My overall score was 653. This time I scored 711 just by focusing on this subject. To prepare GSA, you must divide it into different sections
- General Science
- Maths
Firstly, thoroughly analyze the past papers and make an analysis of the questions asked by the examiner. Next, prioritize each section according to that analysis. Start preparing. Every portion by answering writing the answers to all the questions being asked by the examiner in the previous year. Add flow charts, diagrams, and pictorial representations to grab maximum marks.
Additionally, prepare mcqs of this portion thoroughly. For that, buy Ilmi Capsule and prepare all mcqs in addition to past paper mcqs. After this, apply the same strategy in the ability portion. Practice only those questions which the examiner frequently asks.
Identify the areas and prepare those areas. Like most essential areas are

- analytical
Use online resources like khan academy for general science, directly google the topic, make notes, and practice the ability from any website.

میں نے سی ایس ایس کی تیاری کیسے کی؟

۱. سی ایس ایس Essay کی تیاری کیسے کی؟
میں نے امتحان سے پہلے کبھی کوئی essay نہیں لکھا تھا، کوئی پریکٹس نہیں کی، نہ کوئی نوٹس بنائے ۔۔۔ البتہ میری انگریزی گرائمر اور writing skills کچھ بہتر تھے اس لیے Essay پاس ہو گیا۔ لیکن میں یہ سمجھتی ہوں کہ essay writing کی پریکٹس ضرور کرنی چاہیے تاکہ writing skills کے ساتھ ساتھ writing speed بھی بہتر ہو جائے۔۔

۲. جنرل نالج کے پرچہ جات کی تیاری کیسے کی؟
جنرل نالج کے تین پرچوں میں سے میں نے صرف جنرل سائنس کے پیپر کی تھوڑی بہت تیاری کی تھی جو کہ کانسیپٹ کلئیر کرنے کی حد تک تھی۔۔۔ میں نے اس کے لیے کوئی نوٹس نہیں بنائے ۔۔ پاکستان افئیرز کو علیحدہ سے نہیں پڑھا۔۔۔ کرنٹ افیئرز کے لیے کچھ ضروری چیزیں انٹرنیٹ اور یوٹیوب سے دیکھ لی تھیں ۔۔

۳. اسلامیات کا پرچہ کیسے حل کیا؟
اسلامیات کا پرچہ اُردو میں حل کیا تھا، کچھ سوالات میں آیات اور احادیث، متعلقہ اشعار اور اقوال بھی شامل کیے تھے۔

۴. انگریزی کیسے بہتر ہو گی؟
زیادہ سے زیادہ reading کریں۔۔۔ پیراگراف لکھنے کی پریکٹس ضرور کریں اور انگریزی گرائمر کے بنیادی اصولوں کو religiously فالو کریں۔۔

۵. اختیاری مضامین یعنی optional subjects کی تیاری کیسے کریں؟
ہر مضمون کے لیے جو سلیبس ملا ہے اس کو ہر پہلو سے مکمل پڑھیں، میں نے ذاتی طور پہ کوئی نوٹس یا کتاب فالو نہیں کی لیکن یوٹیوب اور گوگل سے مدد لیتے ہوئے سلیبس کے تمام اہم ٹاپک cover کر لیے اور صرف کانسیپٹ کلئیر کرنے پہ زور دیا۔۔ سی ایس ایس کے امتحان میں رٹے لگانے سے کام نہیں چلے گا، اس لیے سینکڑوں کتابیں جمع کرنے کا کوئی فائدہ نہیں۔۔ کتابیں آپ کو ضرور پڑھنی چاہیے لیکن رٹنے کی نیت سے نہیں بلکہ اپنے analytical skills کو بہتر بنانے کے لیے۔۔۔ اگر کوئی کتاب پڑھ رہے ہیں تو بہتر ہے کہ ساتھ ساتھ اپنے مختصر نوٹس بناتے جائیں۔۔ یہ نوٹس آپ کو revision کے لیے بھی کام آئیں گے اور لکھائی بھی بہتر ہو گی۔۔

۶. کیا میں نے سی ایس ایس کی تیاری کے لیے کوئی نوٹس بنائے ہیں، کوئی essay لکھا ہے یا کوئی اکیڈمی کبھی جوائن کی تھی؟
میں نے کوئی نوٹس نہیں بنائے کیونکہ مجھے لکھائی کا کام کچھ زیادہ پسند نہیں تھا اور نہ ہی میں نے امتحان میں بیٹھنے سے پہلے کوئی essay لکھ کے کسی سے evaluation کروائی تھی کیونکہ میرے پاس اس کے لیے ٹائم نہیں تھا۔۔ جاب کے ساتھ جو وقت ملتا رہا اس میں تھوڑی بہت تیاری کرتی رہی اور کوئی مستقل ٹائم ٹیبل کبھی باقاعدگی سے فالو نہیں کیا جو میں کسی اور کو تجویز کر سکوں۔۔۔ میں نے کوئی اکیڈمی بھی جوائن نہیں کی تھی، صرف self-study کرکے امتحان دیا۔۔ پڑھائی کے معاملے میں ویسے بھی میں quantity سے زیادہ quality کی قائل ہوں، سو میرا یہ ماننا ہے کہ تھوڑا پڑھیں لیکن اچھی طرح سمجھ کر پڑھیں۔۔
I prefer smart work over hard work.

Note 1: One size doesn't fit all. The strategy that worked for me may not be viable for anyone else, so you must explore your strengths and capitalize on them.

Note 2: The time required for CSS preparation varies from person to person. It also depends on your reading habits, educational background, and general aptitude. For me, initially, it took several months to get on track but for final preparations, I hardly managed 15-20 days of serious study and that worked well.

Note 3: I'm not a subject specialist or CSS mentor, so I cannot offer to evaluate anyone's write-up. I can just guide people through the process, the rest is up to the aspirants.
