~ DELIVERY INFORMATION ~

- Payment must be done MAXIMUM OF THREE (3) DAYS after the order has been forward.
- No Shipping during HOLIDAYS and WEEKENDS.
- We only use LBC as our Official Courier.
- Shipments will be made only after Payment Confirmation.


~ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ~

- An admin will attend and validate any transaction that will be made through this account.
- Accomplished payments will be confirmed by an admin.
- Reservations only last for a MAXIMUM OF SEVEN (7) DAYS. Anything beyond the said duration will be cancelled.
- We process our shipments every TUESDAYS and FRIDAYS.
- SATURDAYS and SUNDAYS are allotted for live selling.



~ RETURNS POLICY ~

- Defective items with physical defect will only be accepted if and ONLY if the watch we have delivered to you is found defective within three (3) days upon receiving the item.
- For returns, we will require you to send us an unedited video while unboxing the delivered package. Inability to provide a video will automatically invalidate your return request.
- All items returned as defective will be inspected and any items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as defective. Hence, no refunds.
- We will not accept the return or exchange of a non-defective watch.
- Refunds will only be allowed if and ONLY if the returned items were deemed defective. However, the shipping fee will be excluded from the amount of refund that will be sent back to you.
- BOGUS BUYER will be BLOCKED by our admins.
- JOY RESEVERS will be blocked by our admins.
