Sometimes I really shock myself with the end result of my work & that makes it all worthwhile! No words to express how amazing this last minute triple chocolate order came out!!! Not to mention the homemade chocolate ganache...😋.

This large blueberry pineapple upside down cake was my first order for one of our family doctors-it was for her child’s 20something birthday. She was so impressed that she paid me 3x the amount I requested.. & as for the birthday kid, let’s just say he had none left over to bring back to campus the next day! 🙀.
Talk about starting off on the right foot! After this masterpiece, I knew that I could take my business & build in any direction that I wanted to. You request it, I make it happen & ensure that “my recipe” the best you’ll ever taste. 😃.
