It was a hard days brewing today….

Just in time for the hot weather that is upon us, Newt's second brew, a refreshing hard pink lemonade, made with mulberries from the local brothel.

Now pouring, our new Head Brewers (in training) first beer. A Newt World ale featuring Harlequin and Nectoron hops.

We promise, unlike Newt, it won't bite.

Always looking to become a better venue. We now have a tv on the walll

Mike has earned lifetime free beers for helping put it up*.

After an exhaustive search we have appointed a “New Head Brewer” in training.

Newt starts with the brewery today. Not a a trial basis.

Great news.

Dan never buys a beer when he visits…. And we are happy with that.

I’m happy to announce that I have been re-elected as West Ward Councillor!

I am humbled and honoured, and also excited about continuing to serve our community to the best of my ability with passion, accountability, and integrity.

Thank you to the residents of West Ward, and to everyone who has supported me and helped in the campaign. I sincerely appreciate it.

I’d also like to give a big thank you to my family, Nys, Wil and Haz. There is absolutely no way I could do what I do without their support. 🙏

Finally, I want to acknowledge my opponent, Sean Hocking. The West Ward campaigns were positive and focussed on issues that matter to locals. Thank you Sean for your ethical and professional approach.

Massive day for the collective. We are brewing our first ever collaboration brew. Welcome back to Anzac and Batgirl from the Big Brewery in the sky.

This is the first of what we hope will be a regular event.

Look out ya land lubbers... this is the real secret to dominating the wind and waves - Apricots.

We all know that the British Navy gave its sailors limes or lemon juice rations to ward off scurvy - but did you know they first trialed using apricots? It's true - just turns out apricots are better suited to a traditionally kettle soured ale... who knew? Pete did (that's his face on the label)

The first in our "experimental" range, a sour with added pear and mixed berries and lactose - practically a health drink!

Back by popular demand, Batgirl's Black IPA - full of citra hops and malty coffee tones - just what this cooler weather wants...

Well this is a momentous day.

After much discussion with our board we are please to announce a change in the direction of our business model.

Rather than focus on creating a range of bespoke high quality grain based beers we are adapting to the wokness of the world and in an attempt to not offend anyone and cater to all dietary needs as best as possible we will focus our energies on producing the finest quality Dihydrogen monoxide in both sparkling and still forms at a range of temperatures.

The unintended benefit of this is that we will also be reducing our carbon footprint and looking after our livers.

Today is the last day we are serving our beers. Come in before 12:01pm when we pour them down the hill
